Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm & exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 but except materials

M&L for prepaing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with machenical blower and gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 10 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminious carpet with 0.41 Cum of stone chipping (0.28 cum of 12.5mm size ans 0.13 cum of 10mm size) mixed with 21.90 kg of binder paving bitumin (VG-10) rolled and compacted with vibartory roller and 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient and applying Premixed sand seal coat using 0.06 Cum of coarse sand mixed with 6.80 Kg bitumin (VG-10) per 10Sqm, applied and rolled to a uniform and smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid/ spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-10 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications). (iii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 50/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iv) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid/ spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

M&L for applying one coat of thermo plastic paint, Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide, white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

S&F circular polycarbonate convex mirror 600 mm dia with mild steel pipe of adequate size for fixing of mirror including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (150x150x300mm) or as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, dressed stone work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including liquid water proofing compoud as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in Surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct in above item No 23 for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling sand under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and applying a coat of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint for floor/tile complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair speed bumps, made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 500 mm x 365 mm x 50 mm, black and yellow in colour complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
