Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard rock by chiselling/brakers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for site clearance by surface dressing in soft/loose soil and removing all vegitation and rubbish to a distance n.exc 50m all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum filling in floor/paving spreading in layers n.exc 25cm thick watering, ramming/rolling at 98% field density over OMC/MDD and confirm the K-value 5k/cm2/cm finishing to required size, shape complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating for formation surfaces of road in cutting with 8 to 15 tonne tandem vibrating roller including filling in depression which occur during the process of the rolling complete all as specified and directed to obtain 98% filed density over OMC/MDD.

Material and labour for 200mm thick GSB grade V as per MORTH specification, surface formed by mechanical paver, watered and rammed, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient by using earth compactor (power roller) 8 -15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency to achieve 98% of maximum dry density (MDD) at OMC determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick GSB grade V as per MORTH specification, surface formed by mechanical paver, watered and rammed, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient by using earth compactor (power roller) 8 -15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency to achieve 98% of maximum dry density (MDD) at OMC determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) in single layer with coarse aggregate of max size 40mm specified in MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and roller of capacity 8 to 15 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) M-10 of compressive strength not less than 07N/mm2 in 7 days for grading of aggregate minimum cement content shall not be less than 180 Kg/Cum as per MORTH. IRC specification including spreading by mechanical paver and compacted by using mechanical vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 15 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high density polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness of virgin quality (as per ASTM D 2103,IS-2508) laid with side and end overlapping not less than 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spreading layers of sand 10 mm thick consolidated over compacted DLC including watering and folling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of thickness 150 mm, of flexural strength 45 Kg/ Sqcm in field as per design mix (with maximum size of coarse aggregates upto 40mm), using minimum 400 Kg/cum and not exceeding 450 Kg/cumof cement including triangular/non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement including form work for butt nosing, rounding off edges , curing , spread and compacted by using slip form paver complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix).

(ii) Polyster triangular/non circular synthetic fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separtely under respective item of this schedule. However, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (iii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity for expansion joints.

(v) As per IS provision minimum cement content is 350 Kg / cum. For the purpose of pricing this item, the cement content shall be considered as 400 Kg/Cum. Minus price adjustment shall be made @ rate of Rs. 6.5 per Kg in case of quantity of cement used is less than 400 kg/Cum. However No plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate if excess quantity of cement is used beyond 400 Kg/Cum. (vi) The quoted rate shall deemed to be include the cost of curing compound and cement mortar bund or curing by jute bags in double layer and no extra amount will be payble on this account.

Supply only Polyster non circular virgin synthetic monofilament fibres (polyster type) 12-18mm long with equivalent fibre diameter 15-40 micron, designed for minimum melting point of 250 degree C, Min tensile strength 300 Mpa, Min secant modulus 6 10³ Mpa, Min ultimate elongation 15%, Min glass transition temp 80°C, Min intrinsic viscosity 0.60 dl/gm, Aspect ratio 450 to 800 and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.39, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Materiel and labour for forming 20mm thick expansion joint by full depth diamond cutter, filled with DURA board HD- 100 and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Materiel and labour forming construction joint, 30 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and primed the surface and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming contraction (dummy joint), 50mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) filled with sealing compound grade 'B' including priming the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces by brushing,washing,rubbing by gunny bags over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of water based road marking paint on lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc.(First quality super Acrylic emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 23 above but not exceeding 10 cm width and girth.

Material and labour for MS round bars 32 mm dia for mooring ring fixed in floor all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete subbase complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for semi perforated pipe 15cm nominal dia (nearest higher size) HDPE pipe PN 10/ PE 100 and size of perforation shall be between 3mm to 6mm for longtudinal and lateral sub surface drain complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for geo synthetic fabric to be laid over subgrade and surrounding drain of filter media. Specification and test of geo synthetic grid shall be of as per section 700 of MORTH Vth revision complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Apparent opening size (AOS) of the geo synthetic fabric must be equal or less than finer particle size of moorum to be filled under separation layer.

Material and labour for 26.5 mm graded coarse aggregate as in filter media for drain as per Table 300-3 of Morth Vth revision complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work in CM (1:6) with sub class B, straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 12 mm thick in CM (1:6) fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) and set in cement mortar (1:4) as in landings, cover slabs, (for manholes etc) childhoods, chajjas, water troughts, mangers, shelves and similar article with plain face etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Material and labour for 150 micron polythene film including overlap as required over sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 300 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 for culvert laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded aggregate) for 300 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.
