Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing one coat of Antifungal coating - tec touch /Cera re-played/Sika Multi guard or Sika gard 67/NACC acrylic/Dr. FIXIT DAMPGAURD - protective and decorative coating system as per manufacturer's recommendations/ standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.The scope of work includes surface preparation including cleaning the wall surfaces to be free of previous coatings, dust, loose particles, algae growth and atmospheric deposits, filling small blow holes if any with putty. Rate quoted includes cost of all materials, labour charges, conveyance, tools and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying & Fixing in position at all floors matt finished Alu.work for skirting 50mm, with extruded builtup standard sections of bottomline aooroved skirting or any other approved equivalent make and quality, fixing with fasteners of required size. Alu. Section shall be smooth , rust free, straight and jointed mechanically wherever required, panelling, screws all complete. All complete as per detail drawing, as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in wall panelling made of Anutone Ekcel soak plane of any approved colour and shade of size 1200 x 600 x 23 mm thick groove edge having density 400 kgs/ cum, weight 4.20 kg/sqm, with high impact resistance, recyclable environmentally friendly, UV stable- resistant to fading, natural surface for mid and high frequencies sound absorption installed on H-Splines having UV surface PVC vinyl core of thickness and length 2400 mm, which are fixed to synth panels with necessary screws etc. The synth panels are be made of synth polyester fibre 25 mm thick (Synth) PF * 10 * 25m ) adhered to aluminium frame work which is fixed to the wall. The synth is to be back lined to acoustical infill soak plane and fixed to aluminium frame work and SS chicken wire mesh etc as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wall panelling of any approved colour and shade veneered made of green max MDF board 12 mm thick with 4.00 mm thick veneering or equivalent having density 800kg / mg, installed on aluminium frame work fixed on the wall with help of screws including melemine finishing the veneering two or more coats. Panels to be back lined with acoustical infill of synthetic polyester fibre 25 mm thick (Synth PF 10 X 25) adhered to wall using suitable approved adhesive and SS chicken wire mesh tor holding the Synthetic polyester fibre etc. all as per the drawing and as per the 3 directions of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing of single leaf wooden acoustic door of minimum STC 50 (sound Transmission class ) dimension as per drawings and thickness of 60 mm, with seasoned Hardwood door frame (size 100 x 75 mm ). The cavity of the door should be filled with acoustic insulation materials such as 40 mm thick mineral fiber and 3mm thick rubber interlayer sheet. Acousting sealing(neoprene gasket) on all sides except bottom without any external lipping. Acoustical seal to be fixed on frame to door to fill the gap of door and wooden frame. Dropdown seal to be fixed in door to block gap with floor when door is closed the door is to be fitted with hydraulic closer, door handle set, tower bolt latch, hasp barret bolt set and other necessary fixing items as directed by engineer in charge.
