Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders Shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudutent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Any discrepances observed in the document upload by the tender the submitted bid shall be liabte to be rejected

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 50%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar man power supply work of value not less than Rs 8.37 lak (50% estimated cost of tender)

The tender shall scan original Workdone certificates Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders wihtout assingning any reason or what so ever

if the quoted bid amount is less than the tendered amount. the difference in amount shall be remitted in the from of FDR DD Bank Guarantee in the name of the Exucitive Engineer DUDC Cell Gadag District Gadag from any of the Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank and shall only be returned/refunded after the Completion of the Defect Liability Period

The Tenders/ Bids are invited as per Standerd tender Bid Document KW1 The Contrator shall attach all the requisite documents as required in the standard bid doucument. The Bidders shall abide as per the detailed instruction and condtions contained in standard bid document KW1

Tender application amount shall not be refundable

The Department is not responsible for andy delay caused in accessing the http kppp.karnataka.gov.in portal

The payment for the work will be made depending upon the availability of funds

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight age of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25
