Safety equipments have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done in the valve scour chamber. The same includes loading, unloading & cartage charges etc.

Scaffolding arrangement at site of work this includes such as plates, balli, jacks, chain block, chains etc to & fro and its loading & unloading complete & its dismantling after completion of work.

Dismantling of upper stand of scouring system of clarifier after cutting/opening of foundation of stand & removing of bearing system from top taking out wheel from the spindle etc.

Dismantling of existing transmission system responsible for upward & downward movement of upper M.S pipe over the MS cup shaped pipe for replacing of its damaged parts from the telescope scour chamber by going down in the telescope scour chamber with all safety measures.

Fabrication of new M.S moving pipe system of Approx size 1050mm long, 300mm dia & 8 mm thick. The job includes making provision for smooth flow of water from the top of valve pipe by welding of U- Channel on top of pipe as per site requirement.

Fabrication of new hanging support made out from MS flat as per existing design & shape.

Making fabrication of new threaded spindle made out of EN-8 material. The size of spindle is 1575mm long, 25mm dia duly threaded and cutting of groove in the complete spindle for locking system in the bracket for free movement of driving wheel.

Making fabrication of M.S/C.I wheel along with G.M nut duly threaded as per spindle thread & fixed in the wheel for smooth functioning of telescopic spindle.

Replacement of existing damaged angle/channel from the top of Valve system including breaking of side walls for taking out existing one and grouting of new one for tightening of holding bracket of telescopic spindle.

Making fabrication of holding arrangement for operating wheel & spindle for fixing on top of valve system.

Replacement of M.S/C.I flange from the top of existing fixed pipe of valve system along with rubber sheet & nut bolts to avoid leakage from inside the pipe. As per existing

Making fabrication of new MS jall on the top of valve chamber. The dimension of jall is 1050mm X 2100mm, size of angle across the border 2” X 2” x 6mm, size of size of M.S.Flat is 40mm x6 mm. The gap between two consecutive M.S.Flat should not be more than 40mm. The new MS jall will have a provision for flexible window, using angle of 2” X2 ” x 6mm to be welded with its border. The job includes required minor civil work for repairing of damaged wall of valve chamber & fixing of MS jall etc includes painting the whole jall with black enamel paint.

Assembling & fixing charges of all the items of valve system including rectified transmission system responsible for upward & downward movement of MS pipe, fixing of top stand of the regulating system with holding bracket & wheel complete in all respect.

Dismantling of upper cone of sluice valves spindle after removing of wheel from the extended spindle & cutting of foundation bolts of C.I taper cone/brackets.

Going down in the scour valve chamber & dismantling of existing holding systems of extended shafts removing of couplers from the shaft , removing of existing brackets from the shafts by cutting of nut bolts with the help of gas cutter etc.

Cutting the nut bolts of all the flanges in scour chamber & taking out complete sluice valve, Pipe & other specials with the help of tri pod chain block arrangement & heavy labour manual arrangement for taking out all the accessories from the deep scour chamber.

Fixing charges of existing telescopic pipe line after fixing of new bend in the telescopic pipe line in place of damaged one.

Primer & painting on complete pipe line includes new & existing with synthetic enamel paint.

Fabrication and fixing of extended spindle of size 6mtr long 40mm dia.

Fabrication and fixing of coupler for joining of extended spindle with sluice valve spindle.

Fabrication and fixing of bracket holders for giving support to the extended spindles. The job includes fixing of brackets on the scour wall with the help of heavy duty fasteners.

Required civil work for repairing of broken wall after fixing of complete pipe line, bend & specials. The job includes waterproofing the same with chemicals etc.

Testing of complete system on load.

Supply of 10HP,1450RPM motor & SP4L+ type self priming pump of bare shaft of size 100x100mm horizontal foot mounted with suitable coupling, coupling guard and M.S base frame for the above said pump & motor as per requirement. Digging and laying work for M.S pipe line by digging of earth by manual labour upto the required depth for M.S pipe laying from pump set and going parallel to the filter channel upto all 3 scour chambers as per site requirement. For each clarifier

Making of brick foundation upto the suitable height to take water from suction side (Raw water Channel) for pump set. The size of foundation will be 1.25mtr X 1.5mtr X 1mtr approximately.

Making of RCC foundation at the top of brick foundation for fixing of M.S.Base frame of pump set with grouting of foundation bolts for Base Frame as per site requirement.

Fixing of electric panel by grouting with CC work. The job includes making foundation for panel as per the height required at site.

Installation charges of all above items including fixing of pump, motor, coupling, coupling guard, foot valve, sluice valve, welding of flanges with pipe, bend, tee’s etc, connecting of pipe line with bends, tee, sluice valve, foot valve etc as per site requirement.

Fabrication & fixing of Fibre glass sheet shed on the scour pump & feeder pillar in order to protect the motor, pump & other equipments from rain to avoid these equipments getting rust and moisture. This includes supply of M.S. pipe of 40 mm dia upto the height of 96” so that they can be grouted in the ground with proper RCC work and making roof structure with the help of square M.S. pipe of size 25 mm so that fibre glass sheet can be fixed on the M.S. structure with the help of fasteners.

Primer and Painting of complete pipe line, sluice valve etc with black anticorrosive paint minimum two coats etc. as per site requirement. Make-Asian/Nerolac/Burger

Testing & commissioning of complete system on full load.
