M&L for servicing of split type AC 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc, (Indoor unit), condenser, compressors, fan motor etc,(Out door unit) with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, Remote control unit including PCB, fan, blower, etc., keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of Window type AC 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters , condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, remote control unit including PCB, fan, blower, etc, keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing refixing the same in existing position complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing of Water Cooler of Capacity 40/80, 60/120, Ltrs including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters, condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, fan and blower, etc and keeping the Water cooler unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/repair as required and installation in same location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing of Refrigerator of Capacity 175/310 Ltrs including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters, condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, fan and blower, etc and keeping the refrigerator is satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/repair as required and installation in same location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing of Deep freezer of capacity upto 400Ltr including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters, condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, fan and blower, etc and keeping the Deep freezer is satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/repair as required and installation in same location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting from mains and taking out existing unserviceable hermatically sealed compressor unit from the window type Air Conditioner of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton, of any make any type from any location and Supply , installing and testing of new sealed unit compressor alongwith test certificate from manufacturer including cleaning and removing dust/dirt from the cooling coil condenser coil with necessary modification capillary tube etc & Charging of Gas R-22/R-32/R-410a and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engg-in-Charge. (Make:- Emerson/Tecumseh/LG or equivalent as approved by GE)

All as per Sl Item No. 6.00 here in before but for Split 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity.

Disconnecting from mains and taking out existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the water cooler of capacity 40/80 Ltr, of any make any type from any location and Supply, installing and testing of new sealed unit compressor alongwith test certificate from manufacturer including cleaning and removing dust/dirt from the cooling coil condenser coil with necessary modification capillary tube etc & Charging of Gas R-22/R-32/R-410a and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engg-in-Charge. (Make:- Kirloskar/Tecumsha/LG or equivalent as approved by GE)

All as per Sl Item No. 8.00 here in before but for 60/120Ltr capacity.

Disconnecting from mains and taking out existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the refrigerator of capacity 150 to 250 Ltr, of any make any type from any location and Supply, installing and testing of new sealed unit compressor alongwith test certificate from manufacturer including cleaning and removing dust/dirt from the cooling coil condenser coil with necessary modification in capillary tube etc & Charging of Gas R-22/R-32/R-410a and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engg-in-Charge. (Make:- Kirloskar/Tecumsha/LG or equivalent as approved by GE)
