Labour charges for day to day operation, overall supervision, preparation of food cleaning curtains untensils and cleaning of kitchen appliances i.e. kitchen chimneys, micro oven, mixer grinder exhaust fan, windows etc. complete on daily basis as per direction of EIC. Total 2 nos. 1) Cook cum server-1 no. 2) Caretaker cum Receptionist-1 No.

Engagement of 1 No. Mathor/Sweeper for cleaning , washing and sweeping the toilets of bungolw everyday by supplying & using necessary approved components & naphthalene ball for further disinfections and also cleaning the silt, bats & other foreign materials of surface drain of whole compound of Bungalow complex by wash water with bleaching powder, oxalic acid by engaging Mothor/Sweeper Mazdoor including uprooting small trees and plants as and when required as per direction of EIC

Cleaning and washing all the floors by supplying and using necessary liquid soap, oxalic acid and other washing disinfecting component of approved ISI brand with spraying necessary room fresheners like citronella after cleaning and washing including clearning the doors, windows walls, ceiling, stairs and grills free from dirt and dust through swab and rubbingout the surface of the rest shed cum inspection everyday including cleaning the floor carpet by using the vaccum cleaner and also cleaing the roof of all building and premises by sweeping useing broom stick, brush as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Engagment of 1 Nos. suitable liaison personnel for care taking duty of rest shed keeping necessary arrangement for drinking water at all the rooms and preparation of bed by cleaning bed sheet, pillow cover etc. and all other related best service to the guest/Boarder by supervising the work of engaged connected personnel for this purpose and also time to time reporting to the department engaged officials about smooth running of boarding throughout the working period as and when the time will be fixed by authority. All the duty should be performed as per direction of E.I.C.

Cleaning, washing and disinfecting overhead tank for domestic purpose with bleaching powder etc. at least four times in a month at Rest Shed cum Inspection Bunglow.

Cleaning and washing of clothings, i.e. , door, window curtain, bed cover, bed sheet, mosquito nets, pillow covers etc. after using one time including ironing the same as per direction and satisfaction of E.I.C

Purchase of different unforeseen articles from local market for emergency requirement of VIP which are not included PWD schedule also. Payment will be made actual voucher submitted by agency with adding 10% contractor profit and 1% cess duty. The said vouchers must be submitted to E.I.C. after completion of each month. (Payment will be made as per actual supply & delivery at spot).

Maintenance of flower garden over ground bed & tub also at Rest House by engaging expert mail and also employing adequate helping labour as and when needed for day to day work for preparation of bed and tub by replacing fresh soil, mixing of manure, compost chemical fertilizers, pesticides, flower seed and seedings including supply and all other necessary arrrangements for growing and to blow flowers as in differernt seasons and to be clean and tidy compound for beautification of whole complex throughout the year by cutting and uprooting the grass, small tree and plants and also by painting flowers tub and barricade as per instruction of E.I.C.

Engagment of electrician for necessary maintenance as and when required basis of Rest House including cost of minor fast moving spares, such as lamp, tube etc. servicing of AC machine and other electtrical gadgets as required and as per directioin of E.I.C. (as and when required)

Gas charging of A.C. unit after vacuuming and filling by suitable gas.
