Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separate stator/rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective copper winding.

Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing sand paper remove all carbons.

Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves.

Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temp. For achieve the particular Ohm resistance.

Clean the rotor and assembling in motor.

Connection/coupling the motor with pump, connect all electric/earth connection foundation nuts/bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s starter of any make and Supply and fix starter suitable for upto 5 hp motor type MK-1 complete with sheet-steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Fabricate, supply & fix in replacement MS sheet plain 4 mm thick of required size & shape including necessary fabrication as required & ordered for valve chamber cover/covers in sump opening including fixing with frames by means of hinges & painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primer of red oxide complete.
