REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD APPROACH ROADS AND ROAD SIDE FURNITURE UNDER GE CLEMENT TOWN

Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen grade VG-30 at 5Kg per 10Sqm and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed for depth of pot holes n exc 30mm using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a primer/tack coat with paving bitumen grade VG-30 @ 5Kg/10sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, 30 mm consolidated thickness using Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG-30, rolled to required camber, gradient and super elevation with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, mixed in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver, complete all as specified and directed. (Notes : (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for paving bitumen VG-30. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid and rolled to required gradient, camber and super elevation with 8 to 10 tonne power roller / vibratory roller, with using binder content 4% by weight of total mix using Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG -30, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Mix shall be obtained from automatic hot mix plant and shall be spread by mechanical paver). complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, precast cement concrete factory fabricated ,1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

S & F in repair Cat eye ABS body dynamically designed two way reflective having high impact strength confirming to ASTM standards colour of reflective panel amber, red or white. The size of cat eye shall be 100mm x 100mm x 25mm and shall be fixed on the road surface with good quality epoxy adhesive as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

S & F in repair sparkle solar road studs size 125MM x 125MM x 90MM height detachable battery 6 LED three on each side, ultra bright LED in colour completely water resistant and weather proof using of adhesive and fixing procedure as per manufacturer supervision of there competant technician etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair 40 to 50mm dia stainless steel road way delineators with coloured reflective tape of 3M make ht above ground 750mm height above ground level and using grade 304 for external use and fixed on the ground after necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, embeding the delineators on the ground with & including PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (minimum PCC block size 200mmx200mmx200mm for proper grouting) complete all as specified and directed. Note- Make shall be got approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of previously untreated concrete surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line zebra crossing, stop lines etc, road marking of 150/100mm width using "HOT Mark" thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium diaxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No 8004 of most specification conforming to BS-6086 OF MOST specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300 Gms/Sqm etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block ( ISI Marked) as in road berm any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with pigments over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning (consolidated thickness ) including dismatling of cement concrete interlocking paver blocks as in road path/berms any shape any shape and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, mass concrete, sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick ( above or below GL. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggragate as in roof kerbs or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.
