Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer Capacity of 150 KVA (Confirming as per BIS: 9815: Part 1: 1994 reaffirmed 2009) 3-phase, 50Hz, Oil Cooled, Indoor type, Unbalanced Type, Copper Wound, Digital Display Type, Relay Free Smooth and Silent Operation with 1 filling of Transformer oil (IS 335: 1993 reaffirmed 2005) having following specification: (a) Inpute voltage 300V-480V or as per ground requirements (b) Output voltage stabilized at any designed/desired voltage 415V ± 1% (Adjustable) (c) Rated frequency 50 Hz (d) No distortion in wave form (e) Response time not to exceed 10 mille seconds. (f) Sensitivity (±)1%. (g) Rate of correction 8 Volt/second for single phase and 20 Volt/second for phase to phase. (h) No load losses less than 0.5% . (j) Full load losses less than 2.5%. (k) Duty cycle - continuous 24 x 7 . (l) Efficiency more than 95%. (m) Type of load: 3 phase, unbalanced type. (n) Digital display Voltmeter/Ampmeter . Protection 1.Over load /Short circuit protection. 2.High /Low voltage cut off . 3. By pass arrangement in case of emergency. 4.Single phase sequence change protection. Note: (i) The Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer to tested at manufacturers site and test certificate to be submitted. (iii) The erection, installation of Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilize shall be done under the supervision of manufacturer auth rep of Manufacturers & Testing certificate to this office shall be submitted by contractor duly signed by manufacturer. (iv) Testing of Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilize will be carried out by the competent authority, required T&P necessary arrangements for testing to be provided by the contractor deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Isolation type transformer of capacity of 150 KVA , Three phase ,50 Hz , indoor type , Copper wound , oil cooled , class of insulation A ,metallic body duly powder coated, designed for input Voltage range 415+-5% and output voltage range 415+-5% , Ratio 1:1 , Vector Group :Dyn 11, Delta- star with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to level , efficiency more than 95 % , separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings like digital temperature meter , adequate number of cooling radiators , lifting hooks one set , Earthing terminal two nos complete. The transformer to tested at manufacturers site and test certificate to be submitted. The transformer shall be comprising of following accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The erection, installation of transformer shall be done under the supervision of manufacturer auth rep of Manufacturers & Testing certificate to this office shall be submitted by contractor duly signed by manufacturer. (ii) Testing of Transformer will be carried out by the competent authority, required T&P necessary arrangements for testing to be provided by the contractor deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Isolation type transformer , Single phase 3 KVA , 50 Hz, indoor type ,Copper wound , class of insulation A metallic body duly powder coated designed for input Voltage range 240+-2.5% and output voltage range 240+-2.5% ,Ratio 1:1, Vector Group :Dyn 11, efficiency more than 95 % , Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings complete all as specified and directed

M & L for chemical earthing using mixture of Chemical Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 5 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 4.25 mtr below normal ground level with a bottom layer of MGSO4 of 10cm thick, earth plate surrounded with graphite powder, vegetable soil mixture, charcol and common salt in equal proportion around and 15 cm above the plate and 10 cm thick MGSO4 as top layer and the remaining portion filled with excavated earth and connected with active result not less than one ohm resistance ,including copper strip 32x6mm size by means of brass bolts,nuts,check nuts and washeres and brazing of copper earth strip protected by galvonised steel pipe 40mm bore light grade connected to main switch board or any othe electrical switch board or any othe electrical equipment pit funnel watering arrangemnts all as shown in electrcal plate no 3 of SSR part I and including necessory excavation ,earth work in any type of strata and earth pit should be refill with black cotton /clay soil ,20mm medium grade water GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm and MS frame etc all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Earth result after installation should be less than 1 Ohm. (b) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe of 7.5 M length beyond earthing test point top . (c) Black soil to be arranged by the conrteractor for mixing charcol,Crystal salt,Magnesium sulphate & Vegitable oil and also for filling balance portion of pit in layer is deemed to be included in quoted rate (d) Tools and plants to be required for making depth upto 5 Mtr is to be arranged by the contractor, charges for the same is included in the quoted rate. (e) The chemical earthing will be carried out by the manufacturer or its authorized representative on the site. (f) The earthing result will be obtained for each electrode must be less than 1Ω. Otherwise contractor is liable to do chemical earthing to meet the result without extra cost if the results are above 1Ω.

(g) Contractor must visit the site before quoting the tender to understand the difficulty, earth strata and cost for carrying out the job in the station. It is important that contactor ascertain the quantum of work. (h) Contractor must produce the certificate from the manufacturer that chemical earthing has been carried out by manufacturer. The manufacturer must also mention the warranty for chemical earthing. (j) Extension strip from electrode strip upto 7.5 m height from GL to be deemed included in quoted rate including brazing (h) The contractor has to give in writing for 3 years minimum warranty for constant result of earth below 1Ω. (j) The min quantites of chemical shall be as under Magnesium sulphate(MgSO4)120kg, common Salt 220 Kg and charcol 320 Kg complete.

Supply, installing and testing of Air Cooled Inverter based split AC unit with cooling functions and suitable to operate at ambient conditions of (-10 to 46 Deg C in cooling Mode) and all specification will be as per IS-1391 (Part 2) 1992: Air conditioner will have following conditions:- (i) Refrigerent - R 410a (ii) EER - min 5 w/w (5 star rating) (iii) Tonnage - 1.5 (iv) Indoor Noise Level - Not more than 48 Db (v) Filter - (a) Must have PM 2.5 µ Filter (b) Electrostatic dust filter (c) Oxidizer dust filter (vi) Functions of remote : (a) Air directional control (b) Auto Timer (c) Economic sleep mode (d) Auto fan speed (e) Auto swing (f) Temp display (g) Turbo mode

Note:- Following will be inclusive in the above rate:- (a) Piping and cable length upto 15 mtr will be inclusive in item (b) Installation will include wall bracket and fixing the outdoor unit as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (c) Installation will also include civil work for making hole on the wall and putting the iron sleeve for passing the refrigerant pipe. (d) Testing and commissioning of the Air conditioner to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (e) Contractor will provide min warranty of 5 years for compressor from the date of installation. (f) Air conditioner will be tested by the Garrison Engineer for Energy Efficiency and all the functions provision in the Air conditioner. (g) Contractor provide complete free service in warrenty period by the company.

Supply, installing and testing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation Capacity of 4 KVA, single phase as per BIS 8448: 1989 reaffirmed 2003 air cooled, digital display, copper wound, wall mount, indoor type with digital voltmeter & designed for input voltage variation between 140 to 280 Volt with output voltage stabilised at 220 volt ± 9% with time delay relay (TDR ) of 2 to 3 minutes and high low voltage cut off, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc.for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Sheet Moulding Compount (SMC) junction box of size 140x140x95 mm mild steel clamp ,nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for earth system of 16 sqmm 2 core cross sectional size ISI marked as per IS 7098 part I laid in trenches/ laid under floors/ laid under ducts or fixed on poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for earth system of 35 sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional size ISI marked as per IS 7098 part I laid in trenches/ laid under floors/ laid under ducts or fixed on poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for earth system of 120 sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional size ISI marked as per IS 7098 part I laid in trenches/ laid under floors/ laid under ducts or fixed on poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for earth system of 185 sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional size ISI marked as per IS 7098 part I laid in trenches/ laid under floors/ laid under ducts or fixed on poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 10 to 13: (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.).

M&L for Boring under roads / pavement / hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using necessary machine including supply & inserting HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.)

M&L for 80mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road/fixing all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road/fixing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply & fix aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 160 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of Broken stone gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surfaceall as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, / laying of pipe / cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil (by manual means) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of PVC cable with approved sand of uniform thickness, laid dry, by filling in trenches and punning to proper required cover all as directed. (Note: Work shall be executed as per clause 19.75 of standard schedule of rates part-1 (2009) for measurement purpose thickness of sand after punning down will be considered.)

Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV , Type 1, flat, size250mmx 150mm x 40mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Sub main wiring with two single core FRLS, multi stranded, PVC insulated, 1100 Volt grade, ISI marked, cable with copper conductor 4 Sqmm (nominal area) size main cable and drawn through PVC casing capping medium grade of size not less than 20mm including continous PVC insulated copper conductor single core earth continuity conductor of size 4 sqmm connected common earth all as directed. Note:- (i) 3 Runs 4 Sqmm cable ( 02 runs of 4 sqmm size main cable + 01 run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable) and one run of casing capping shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The cost of making good the disturbed surface & matching to the original/exisitng surface is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow,
