REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF HT UG CABLE POLES GOD AND CONNECTED HT WORK SERVICES AT INA EZHIMALA

Material and labour for finding out the faults / routes in HT (11KV) UG cable of size 95 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm using HT cable fault locator complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cable fault locator shall be arranged within 2 days from the date of intimation by engineer in charge otherwise penalty of Rs. 2000/day will be levied for each day of delay for every segment of cable. In case of cable route tracing, route indicator shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down the unserviceable HT UG cable of size of 95 to 300 sqmm 3 core including removing electrical connection and keeping side serviceable cable include removing cable protection cover etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Earth work excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in width and depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- a) Prior approval of station HQ is to be obtained to avoid loss of other co-existing utility services b) The excavation shall be done manually.

All as per item No 03 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The excavation shall be done manually.

Returning and filling in including levelling watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m from starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and spreading, compacting riddled earth for cushioning and covering of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Contractor has to produce PCC cable cover test certificate from the manufacturer.

Laying only PCC cable cover obtained from item No 2 above complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay HT cable in trench/fixing to walls/pipe/pole with proper saddles XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured HT 11000 volt grade, Earthed with aluminium conductors of size 95 sqmm 3 core earthed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Earth work excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 10 above but of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl item no 10 above but of size 300 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable cable obtained from taking out, laid in trench/ fixing to walls /pipe/ pole with proper saddles XLPE 11000 Volt insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured HT cable size of 95 to 300 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.5m and depth 0.7m all as directed and making good the road/hard using pre mix bituminous as required at site to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Breaker machine diamond cutter shall be used all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade 80 mm nominal dia in trench/ road/ pole for cable protection including taking out unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting/trimming off the tree branches n. exc 30cm girth protruding/touching both sides of the conductor 3m away on both sides of the overhead conductor lines (Each span measures 30m approx) of any type on any height and clearing all the unserviceable material all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cleaning the ground inside and around Substation(upto 1.5 m from the substation wall ) by clearing all the grass/creepers and clearing all the unserviceable material and maintenance of Jumper etc with jelly inside the substation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of GOD handle required as site complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Lightning arrestor, expulsion type complete with all fittings and transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 11000v grade. (Each set of three) complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix Gang operated Air break switch triple pole mechanically operated on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism, worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 Amps, 11000 volts including taking down the existing unserviceable switches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Pin insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts and one galvanised steel nut 150 mm dia 150 mm height suitable for 11000volts grade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MS channel, Cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down the unserviceable MS sections complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of coping/foundation or as site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for mass concrete filling in foundation/ coping/ wall with PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, type C2 as site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 11KV HT drop out fuse units complete with all accessories including insulator and steel frame etc.(Each set of three) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread granite, trap or basalt coarse aggregate size of 50mm to 20mm grade for the outdoor substation/ structures/ RMU after levelling the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement route indicator for marking of HT/ UG cable of any size with cast iron round plate of 100 mm dia suitably fitted with and including MS angle iron 40x40x5mm with GI nut, bolt and washers, MS angle grouted in PCC block of 20x20x30cm including necessary earthwork and painting the iron surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Stay assembly (dia of stay assembly 20mm)complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of insulating mat size of 2m X 1m X 2.5mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of compressing/crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductor/jumper connections including treatment with conducting jelly up to 10mm dia of conducting wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for scrapping out the faded/rusted old paint from the Four Pole Structure using wire brush, Emery paper, and prepare the surface for painting and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the poles including, cross arm, clamps, bolts and nuts, anti-climbing device etc and writing the existing pole's number with black paint over a yellow base after painting for HT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Enger in charge.

Material and labour for scrapping out the faded/rusted old paint from the Two pole structure using wire brush, Emery paper, and prepare the surface for painting and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the poles including, cross arm, clamps, bolts and nuts, anti-climbing device etc and writing the existing pole's number with black paint over a yellow base after painting for HT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Enger in charge.

Material and labour for scrapping out the faded/rusted old paint from the poles using wire brush, Emery paper, and prepare the surface for painting and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the poles including, cross arm, clamps, bolts and nuts, anti-climbing device etc and writing the existing pole's number with black paint over a yellow base after painting all as specified for any poles of height upto11 m with white cement paint for coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged pole, type 410SP 55 (11m long) complete with CI base plate including 3 coat of bituminous paint for the embedded potion and two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling the existing steel poles/ struts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and joint Cable end termination joint, heat shrinkable type, suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm, HT 11 KV (Earthed) XLPE, insulated cable ,outdoor type with all connected accessories and jointing materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl item No 35 above but indoor use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl item No 40 above but size 300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for servicing existing GOD by aligning and applying grease on all joints and moving parts and making it operational from ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning around the two pole/ RMU up to 1.5m in all sides by clearing all the grass/ creepers and clearing off all the unserviceable material to a location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cleaning around the four pole up to 1.5m in all sides by clearing all the grass/creepers and and clearing off all the unserviceable material to a location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Acrylic sign board of size 90cm x 60cm with steel frame using flat iron 20x3mm in the wall of substation using necessary fixtures with name of the installation, capacity and organisation clearly written using white fonts in blue background. Size of font shall be as directed by Engr-in-charge including taking out old sign board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication and fix in replacement of chequered plate suitable for cable trench made out of 7mm thick steel sheet fitted with angle iron support of 50x50x5mm including painting the frame work with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of outdoor type right angled elastomeric reusable insulating Boot for bushings up to 17.5KV (cable Boot) suitable for 11KV HT cable of size up to 300Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable earthing completely and providing Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below GL with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 M below normal GL connected with GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nut and washers of GI and earth strip protected by GI pipe 40mm bore light grade and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade including one test point for testing purpose with funnel and connected to switch/control board upto 7.5m away from earth electrode including earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4) type B-1cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars reinforcement both ways at 140mm C/C, charcoal, salt, water pipe, wire mesh, lugs etc and testing complete all as applicable and as per Plate No.3 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as 32 x 6mm galvanized steel strip all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labor for mass filling in cement concrete in foundation with PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, type D2 as site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: a) contractor shall visit the site before quoting the tender. b) Contractor shall attend/rectify emergency complaints (except major complaints) within 24 hrs otherwise, a penalty of Rs.2500 will be levied for delay in each day. c) Cleaning of substation shall be carried out within first week of every month otherwise, a penalty of Rs 1000 per substation will be levied.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs.118345.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 118345.00 as rate in Green field under Col-5.
