Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables, poles & stay or other items and getting out soil in any type soil complete all as specifed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exc. 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for poles or other items and getting out soil in any type soil complete all as specifed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified

Sand cushioning to under ground electric cable a layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and stretching the cable and punned down to form a bed of 18 cm and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be of good quality as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles including use of necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping to poles including use of necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & errection Pre-stressed concrete poles 9 meter long 102 x 172 mm top and 102 x 279 mm at bottom, class-10, errecting in truely vertical position, making 30 cm wide strip (total 5 nos) with black and yellow paint including numbering,complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation & earth work, PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ).

Cross arms bracing supports clamps, back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts and washers welding, drilling hole, complete with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

(Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

(Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

GI pipe in replacement ( Light grade ) for protection of LT cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 80 mm bore , complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick not less than 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanised steel strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, washers, check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no. 3 all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust and salt etc and GI protection pipe, medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm, medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, 15 mm thick Pre-cast RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg/sqm with suitable handle of 6 mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3 mm frame for cover, PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil and connected work, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, trimming of hanging/ extended branches of trees upto a distance 3 meter from the overhead HT/LT line and making the line clear upto the entire length of the feeder including removal and disposal of the cut tree branches 50 meters away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Rates shall inclusive of T&P, hydraulic ladder, equipment such as motorised diesel operated hacksaw etc complete. One span comprises of 3 to 5 conductors of any distance between one pole to adjacent pole including trimming of all tree branches in vicinity & around poles /conductor & will be measured as one span. Necessary prior permission shall be obtained from concerned AGE/ JE E/M before carrying out the work. All safety measures & insurance to the staff undertaking the Job shall be the Contractor's responsibility.

Restringing/ restretching aluminium conductor on existing over head lines including necessary binding with binding wire with insulator , connections of incoming and out going cables at various areas under, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable /retrived old ACSR conductor from over head lines, complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) for LT lines on steel tubular poles/PCC poles, streching without kinks and bends including aluminum binding wires of suitable size of conductor as per load, complete all as spd and directed .

Taking down unserviceable/dismantling insulators any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement shackle type, procelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised iron steel straps, washer and insulator bolt dia 12 mm , washers, nuts one galvanised iron nut 75 mm height, 90 mm dia for 1100 volts grade including dismantling old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of 16 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green with overall dimensions 65x90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm including dismantling old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized stranded stay wire of size 7/4.00 mm including necessary binding with insulator, clamp and stay clamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of LT Steel pole and connected cross arms with two coats of synthetic aluminium enamel paint including 5 Nos 30cm wide strip of black and yellow paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint alongwith writing word "LT", and pole No complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note- T&P & ladder for painting will be deemed included in quoted rate)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory fabricated prewired bus bar 6 way of suitable size out door type dust vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with openable shutters on both sides (front & rear), powder coated externally and internally, having locking artangment mounted on 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame / legs with four legs 45 cm high, embedded in PCC (1:4:8), foundation having one MCCB 200 Amps, 415 volts, 25 KA, 4 pole with thermal magnetic release ICS=100% ICU with spreader links and aluminium bus bar carrying 300 A current for three phase and neutral duly insulated with sleeves of different colour, complete all as specified and directed.
