AMC for water supply and installation at HQ IGAR E Srikona

S & F providing and fixing G.I. pipes 65 mm dia complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 20 mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints including earth work complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fix 25 mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed. including taking down unserviceable gate valves all as directed.

Material and labour for servicing of Iron removal plant of 45000 Ltr per hour capacity, bleaching dozer unit alum dozer unit alum dozer unit, air compressor unit and oxidation chamber at site with following scope of work:- (a) Opening iron removal filter, unloading the filter media, cleaning the scale of inner side of shell of filter/bleaching dozer/alum dozer/oxidation chamber, checking the strainers and cleaning them if gasket re-fixing with non poisonous, non corrosive, bituminous paint over a red oxide priming coat and two coats suitable colour paint(green) externally as per directed by Eng-in-Charge. Changing all filter media chemically washing of graded gravels, dumping them layer wise as per direction OEM recommandation given in manual.(b) Changing the Mno2 and activates cabins,change the filter media for iron removal plant (c) Recharging the chlorinator/Oxydation chamber /alum dozer as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Changing all unserviceable or damaged parts of filter plant and accessories like pressure guage bolts and nuts, washer, gaskets connecting pipe. (e) Providing two Nos spare rubber gags for bleaching dozer and PVC funnels and valves.(f) Carrying out laboratory test of raw water and filtered water obtained from IRP. Certificate required from and ISI organization/Dept.(g) Activating the compressor unit and necessary repair/ Maintenance.(h) Trial testing and commissioning complete till the satisfaction of the Dept/Eng-in-Charge.(j) Repair and maint of overhead tank including painting of Iron structrue of overhead tank.Note:- After completion of work water purity check in lab and result is satisfaction of department/ Engr-in-Charge otherwise rework is done.

Material and labour for servicing of ultrafiltration water treatmentn plant of 45000 Ltr per hour capacity,at site with following scope of work:- (a) check thepolymer dozing system,alum dozing system,,soda ash dozing system,Sodium Hypochloride systemMulty grade filter (MGF) Activate carbon system (ACF),Static mixer cun flocculation tank,flow indicators feeder pump to filter and MCC panel and cleaning them if gasket re-fixing with non poisonous, non corrosive, bituminous paint over a red oxide priming coat and two coats suitable colour paint(green) externally as per directed by Eng-in-Charge. Changing all filter media chemically washing of graded gravels, dumping them layer wise as per direction OEM recommandation given in manual. (d) Changing all unserviceable or damaged parts of filter plant and accessories like pressure guage bolts and nuts, washer, gaskets connecting pipe. (e) Providing two Nos spare rubber gasket for bleaching dozer and PVC funnels and valves.(f) Carrying out laboratory test of raw water and filtered water obtained from UFP. Certificate required from and ISI organization/Dept (h) cleaning cleaning of Sedimitation tank and Trial testing and commissioning complete till the satisfaction of the Dept/Eng-in-Charge.

Taking out, repair, rewinding and re-fixing of existing 5 HP electric motors for main water supply including changing of required acessories testing, commissioning etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out, repair, rewinding and re-fixing of existing 7.5HP electric motors for main water supply including changing of required acessories testing, commissioning etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out, repair, rewinding and re-fixing of existing 10 HP electric motors for main water supply including changing of required acessories testing, commissioning etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out, repair, rewinding and re-fixing of existing 15 HP electric motors for main water supply including changing of required acessories testing, commissioning etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
