Composite work of refurbishment related to Civil, Electrical, HVAC and interior works of Canteen at Mod Labs, North Site, BARC, Trombay, Mumbai-400 085.

Part A:- Civil Work Dismantling cement asbestos, Celotax or other hard board ceiling or partiton walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materilas within 100 m lead etc.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead In R.S Joists, Angles etc.

Dismantling old ceiling plaster carefully and cleaning the surface for plaster including scaffolding, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead, cutting of 2nos. of 10 mm M.S. Rod per Sq.m. if required etc. complete including protecting the permanently fixed laboratory equipments, other equipments, fragile materials etc. while dismantling. After dismantling and disposing the rubbish, providing and applying white cement based wall putty over concrete or Plastered surface minimum 3 mm and up to 6 mm thick including cleaning complete all as directed by the Project Engineer. Notes: 1. Fan coil units, fixed equipments in lab etc. to be covered with tarpolene/plastic cover. 2. While dismantling plywood platforms should be fixed on the scaffolding to protect the underlying equipments. This item includes bringing dismantled debris/rubbish from all the floors to the dumping ground within 100 m lead. Dismantling of plastering should be done by chiselling and mechaical means without damaging the RCC. For ceiling height up to 4m above FFL.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 100 m lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm.

Dismantling of RCC works carefully manually without damaging adjacent structures excluding cutting of reinforcement including stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clear storey openings (steel / wood) shutter including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 100 m lead (full windows) of area 3.00 Sq.M and below.

Mirrors of all sizes without damaging.

Existing GI/CI/PVC etc. pipelines up to 90mm dia. along with all fixtures & resurfacing the surface if required.
