Carriage (Lead 5 Kms) as per HSR 3.1.3 Note :- Cost of dewatering up to 5 per cent of labour & machinery cost may be added, where required. Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site conditions and to be certified by S.E. concerned.

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (HSR 7.21) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (HSR 7.21.1)

Lowering plain and reinforced concrete pipes and specials into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment gradients levels etc., including all dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and joint holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benching haunches and envelope are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all points throughout their lengths and to ensure this they shall be grouted in where necessary as described in item no.21.38 including carriage from the stores of the Engineer-in-charge and safe delivery thereof at site of works. This includes, loading, unloading, stacking at convenient points adjacent to the works ready for lowering as may be found most convenient in the interest of work. IV) Galvaume Sheet Portion Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical 1500, 1700 and 2000 of MORT&H Specifications. (HSR 15.8) RCC Grade M35 (HSR 15.8.8) Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump (HSR 15.8.8.2)

Galvalume sheet (attached Specification) Providing & fixing arch shaped Galvalume sheet roofing 1.00 mm (BMT) Tensile strength 350 Mpa, coating mass 150 gms per sqm etc. of Bluescope (Australia) Thyseen Krupps (Germany), dongbu steel Co. Limited, (Korea), Corus steels, (U.K.), dofasco stell (Canada), Bethelehem steels (U.S.A) as per Specification, design & drawing (as per specification additional condition of galvalume sheet roofing attached). Complete in all respect. Note :- additional condition of galvalume sheet are attached separately in DNIT at page 117 to 121.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (HSR 34.26) Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Provding & fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm , die cast in aluminum, resistant to corrosive efffect of salt and grit ,fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilled hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar , all as per BS Part 4:1973. (HSR 34.33)

Supplying and installing of delineators (road way indicators, hazard makers, object markers ),80 x100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top ,buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to irc -79 and the drawings. (HSR 34.37)

Advance Direction sign board 900x900 square as per IRC 67- 2012 with retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 09 and as per IRC 67 2012 fixed over 4 mm thick aluminium Composite material (ACM) sheeting having aluminium skin thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on a square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 without cost of definition plate firmly fixed to ground in foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.45x0.45x0.75m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory including three year outdoor weathering test report for sheeting tested in India condition conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 Using retro reflective Sheeting Class C as per IRC 67 2012. (HSR 34.12.1)

VI) SHEET PILING Supplying and Driving the cold rolled M.S sheet piles generally 15mm thick and 10 meter deep below formation level having hammers and other T&P required as a complete job. It includes all the necessary labour and material, cost of all T&P, all leading, loading, transportation of the same with all toll taxes (To and Fro), GST and other applicable taxes as per extant rules, all ascents, decents, crossing of tracks, cost of all fuels and lubricants, the necessary arrangement of lighting, camping at the site etc. Notes:- 1. The working section is dotted line electrified between Ambala City Station and Doraha in Punjab State. 2. The necessary Traffic Cum OHE Blocks will be arranged and provided normally of duration varying from 90 to 120 minutes daily. 3. Minimum 4 No. vibro hammers have to be deployed (two on each LHS site) in order to optimize the use of traffic-cum-OHE block. 4. Since the work is to be carried out at manned and interlocked level crossing, all ou efforts will be made to provide the site clear of S&T and other cables, the contractor may have to provide the assitance in timely shifting of S&T and OFC cables. 5. Thw work is to be executed in close vinicity of running track having 25000V traction, all necessary protection and precautions will have to be taken. 6. Refer clause No. 26 to 29 of special conditions relating to Site data & Specification before quoting the rates.

Recovery items:- Recovery for the sheet piles taken out after completion of mege block and construction of necessary protection walls / box with all necessary Vibro hammers and other T&P required as a complete job. Note:- 1. Minimum 4 No. vibro hammers have to be deployed (Two no. at each LHS site) in order to optimize the use of traffic – cum – OHE shadow block. 2. Minimum permissible retention time for sheet pile at site will be 4 months. 3. The released material shall be the property of Contractor. 4. Refer relevant clause of special Conditions Relating to site Data & specifications before quoting the rates. @ (-) Rs.20.00 Per Kg
