RequiredAnnual Turnover Certificates for the last 10 financial years issued by Chartered Accountant duly mentioning UDIN shall be uploaded. Certificates without UDIN are liable for rejection.
RequiredAttested copies of Experience of works both physical and financial and Self attestation for balance list of works on hand, availability of equipments / instruments / machinery with time frame in Statements I to VI. The experience certificate should be certified by the concerned Executive Engineer and countersigned by the concerned for full clause read 2.2.3.7 of Tender document
RequiredLiquid Assets / Credit Facility Certificates / Solvency Certificates issued by Nationalized / Scheduled Banks shall be uploaded. Such certificates shall have been issued on or after the date of publication of the tender notification and shall be valid as on the date of bid submission.
RequiredDeclaration on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs.100/- regarding availability of equipment and machinery with the Firm / Contractor shall be uploaded. The declaration shall have been issued on or after the date of publication of the tender notification.

RequiredThe bidder has to submit the tender document(s) online well in advance before the prescribed time to avoid any delay or problem during the bid submission process. The Tender Inviting Authority (TIA) will not be held responsible for any sort of delay or the difficulties faced during the submission of bids online by the bidders due to local issues.
RequiredAll affidavits, declarations, solvency certificates, credit facility certificates, machinery lease agreements, authorization letters and other supporting certificates, except Experience Certificates, shall have been issued on or after the date of publication of the tender notification unless otherwise specifically permitted in the tender conditions.
OptionalAgency is advised to take a site visit before submission of bid (Optional).
RequiredMere submission of bid shall be treated as unconditional acceptance of all tender conditions. No claim or objection shall be entertained later on the ground that the bidder has not read or understood any condition contained in the tender document.
