Excavation in foundation and trenches (For pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of each work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/ hard rock, where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantelling of existing/damaged GI pipe of following dia stacking of same at the location as directed by the egineer in Charge for the the reuse and stacking of uservicable material at WTP Banan complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying jointing ( by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical are welding) and testing of Gl pipe of following dia meters confirming to BIS 1239 and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters. including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, beds ete, as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding. jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).

Providing, Laying, Jointing Flanged joints including welding the same with MSERW Pipe /GI Pipe with following flange table 5 ( 5% joints in total length of gravity main) mentioned below with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos- fiber gasket or synthetic rubber gasket confirming to relevant BIS Code and to the direction & best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & Fixing of CI Sluice valve 65 mm dia class PN-1.6 (with hand wheel) as per IS : 780-1984 class-I upto 300mm dia.(i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984class-II for dia. 300 mm) in outlet, Scour and inlet pipe of G.I With M.S flange T-5 i/c welding and fix the sluice valve with flanged pipe complete with bolts nuts,rubber insertion etc.,complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like

Providing Placing &Laying mild /tor steel reinforcement for RCC. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads and lifts.: a) Tor steel

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand: 4graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts. Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two levels within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
