M & L reapir to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, bur making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area nor exc 400 Sqm and exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep.

M & L 7.5 Cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with granite, trap or basalt coares aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber requried.

M & L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with hard wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminouns primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with hard wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminouns primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and directed using paving bitumen of grading VG-10 laid with mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stoplines, dashes, arrows etc, and the line, 15 Cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paints of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-19898 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as and directed.

Demoliation of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 Cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debries from site.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate).

M & L chequered cement concrete tiles 20 Cm x 20 Cm x 25 mm thick, or bigger size, with gray cment and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slury over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping .

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

Machine pressed precast concrete interloking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with gray cement and no pigment.

Ditto but with gray cement and pigment.

Preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10 Cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying 1 coat sysnthetic enamal paint curb stone.
