Pre- Fab Structure
Wall & Partition Panel :- The wall panels shall be made up of 50mm thick composite PUF sandwich between 0.5mm TCT Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet. The panels shall be made of micro ribbing Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet on both sides with 50mm thick layer of CFC/HCFC Free PU foam of density of 40±2 kg/m3 as insulation. The insulated panels will have tongue groove and Cam-lock arrangement. The Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet shall have minimum 120 gsm of Zinc coating and minimum coating of 4-5micron epoxy primer and 20 micron polyester top coat on the finish surface and 7-8micron primer alkyl base on reverse. The effective cover width of the panel shall be of 1175 mm and length of the panels shall be to suit as per site or as per transportable length. The PPGI sheet shall be of TATA/JSW.
PUF Roofing Panel:- The Roof Panels shall be constructed of 40 mm (40+30 mm) thick PUF insulation & density of 40±2 kg/m3 laminated 0.5mm TCTPre-Painted GI outside and inside of Roof Panels. The top sheet shall be high ribbed in trapezoidal shape and bottom sheet shall be Micro Ribbed Pre- Coated PPGI sheet. The PPGI sheets shall conform to IS: 14246 and PUF insulation shall conform to IS: 12436. The top side of the roof panels shall have 30 mm crest at 200 mm centre to centre pitch with a flute for capillary action in full length on one side of the crest portion, so as to prevent the water leakages in the event of valley filled with water. The top edge of the panels shall have overlap joinery systems. The bottom edges of the panels shall have tongue and groove systems for a continuous engagement for the full length of the roof panels. The Pre coated sheet shall be of 30 microns RMP coating over 4-7 microns Primer on the top side and 5 microns of backer coat over the primer on the bottom side of the sheet. The effective cover width of the panel shall be of 1010 mm and length of the panels shall be to suit as per site or as per transportable length. The PPGI sheet shall be of TATA BSL/ JSW make.
Insulated Door:- 04 No’s of Single leaf Insulated door will be provided PPGI framed PUF paneled single leaf swing/overlap door size (900x2100) mm. The leaf shall be made up of 0.5mm PPGI sheet both the sides and of thickness 50mm. The insulated cold room door shall be provided with all necessary fittings like Al-drop, hinges, door handle etc.
Sliding Window:- • 04 No’s of uPVC/Aluminium framed clear glass sliding window size (1175x1175) mm will be provided with fittings aluminium grill and mosquito net. • 04 No’s of uPVC/Aluminium framed clear glass sliding window size (1500x1175) mm will be provided with fittings aluminium grill and mosquito net. The canopy (Sunshade) will be provided outer side of wall
False Ceiling:- Laminated Gypsum board grid size 600x600 mm will be provided with MS T and fittings.
Gutter & Downtake Pipe: The Gutter shall be done with 0.6mm PPGI sheet with standard dimensions approved by the engineers and Downtake pipe shall be provided to take the water down.
MS Structure:– Structure shall be pre-fabricated of Rectangular Hollow/Cold Form Sections RHS for Footing, Columns and Trusses, Cold Form Folded Sections for purlins and runners. The steel structure shall be designed as per IS- 800:2007 and as per wind load conditions applicable for the area mentioned in IS-875:1987. The RHS sections shall be used as per IS-4923 and the Cold formed sections shall be used as per IS-801:1975. All steel member surfaces will be prepared through wire brush with two coat primer and two coat enamel paint. The Structural framework shall design to withstand wind condition of 47m/s - in Seismic zone IV and ambient temperature range (-) 40 degree C to (+) 50 degree C. The building shall be designed for 25 years. The structure shall be of TATA/JSW/Apollo make.
Flashing & Hardware:- The prefabricated house shall be provided with U Channel, Internal and external flashing, Ridge flashings, Silicon Sealants, Rivets, Nuts, Bots, etc. for wall and roofs. Make (Applicator ) CND engineering , SML Pvt. Ltd., CACTUS .
Tensile Canopy
Providing Fabricating ,Assembling, painting, Hosting and Erecting in position including detailing of primary Steel Structure M.S RHS/SHS/CHS/Plates of thicknesses as per static analysis conforming to IS 4923/1161/2062 Grade 250MPA in profile . Fabrication of structural elements shall be done using ARC/SAW/MAW/welding process, including transportation, cutting , threading, machining, all leads and lifts up to all height. tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operation, The structural members shall be painted with first coat of Epoxy Primer DFT 30 micron, Final Coat Epoxy Paint 80 microns thick (to be applied in two coats) of which first coat shall be at ground and second coat after erection including touch -up of damaged area of already painted Surfaces if any, uptp all heights including. Designing, Detailing, Providing Fixing including Favrication, Assembling and Erection of roofing material as per Non Linerar Analysis Maintaining a min Safety Coefficient of 4. Roofing Material Should be PES PVC Coated Fabric (Make-Serge Ferrari,Sattler) with both side PVDF Lacquered/Coated, Weight min 900 gsm, Tensile Strength as per Non Linear Analysis with Safety Coefficient of min 4 and FR retardant. This work shall including raw material , patterning, forming, cutting Seaming(Welding), Fixing and installation with GI cables thickness as per Analysis, flashing, SS Swage End Grade 304 (if any), Galvanized membarane plate with Paint as per Specification etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge. Clamping &Fixing Plate should beAluminium Flat min 4 mm and 4mm thick or as per design requirement. Seam width should be single stroke & minimum 40mm wide. Standard Reducing Warranty on Roofing Material should be 15 year from Roofing Material Manufacturer/ Supplier. Make (Applicator ) MCCOY Architectural System, ISO Formed ,globle tensile structure.
