Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, post hole filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F only low density polyethylene pipe (LDPE) 50 mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm fixed to wall, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing of any dia and any mess size as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

S & Fix galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to ant type of standered rail straining bolt including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanised steel wire stpple or steel pins (each line to be measured) complete all as specified and directed

S & F mild steel screrw bolt 10 mm dia (Machine made) with exagonal or square heads at one end and screwed oyher, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut not exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS bars 10 mm dia & over (Round Bars) cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking binding spirally for hooping cols, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealled not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips for runner in chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previous untreated surfaces of steel and iron of any description n exc 10cm width or girth not when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter. Rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L forrmwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending pirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 21 here in above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/ spoil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed works as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates ,rails ,braces ,etc complete,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering ,Doors etc.to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering ,running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete with Fe-290 complete all as specified and directed.
