Dragging and shifting of 132/33KV 40MVA Transformer main tank from storage place alongwith radiators and bushings (approximate distance upto 20 Meters) including turning of Transformer if required including all T&P and all other works required to complete job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting for every 5 mtr. (15Meters)

Loading of main tank of 40MVA transformer at 132Kv substation Kannauj with accessars by way of jacking main tank , placing wooden sleepers /planks under transformer tank continuous lifting the jack and placing 90Lb rail over sleeper bed till comes to height of trailer bed for loading to trailer bed from sleeper stacking and removal of sleeper . locking the main tank by sufficient strngth wire rope and turn buckle for safe transportation including loading of all accessories on trailer/ trucks with all safety and precautions.

Safe Transportation of transformer oil filled 40MVA transformer with all accessories e.g. consevator tank , radiators, Hv/Lv Bushings, RTCC Panel, transformer oil drums etc. on trailer/ truck safely from 132Kv Substation Kannauj to 132Kv Oel Lakhimpur distance about 300 Km with due care and safety precautions including transeient isurance which shall be rembursed as per actual.

Unloading of main tank of 40MVA transformer at 132Kv substation Oyal by way of opening lacing of main tank and jacking main tank placing rail under the tank and stacking wooden sleepers /planks side to trailer , draging tank from trailer bed to sleeper bed and removal of rail from beds and lowering down main tank by removal of sleeper layers one by one with help of jack and placing the tank on rail at grounf lelel. unloadingall other accessories from traler/trucks and stacking to designated place at 132Kv Substation Oel under construction with all safety and precautions.

Shifting of main tank of New 40 MVA 132/33KV T/F ((ECE Make) upto 20 Meter distance from unloading place towards plinth including turning of the Transformer Tank, as required alongwith all associated work at 220KV Sub-Station, Sitapur.

Additional shifting for every 5 mtr.

Complete erection of New 40 MVA 132/33KV T/F (ECE Make) including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, HV/LV/Neutral Bushing, Turrets, Oil pipe Lines, Buchholz Relay, Motor Drive Mechanism of OLTC, Cooling Fans etc.

Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, Drive Mechanism, Transformer Neutral etc. of new 132/33KV 40 MVA T/F (ECE Make) with the help of 50x6 mm. size M.S. Flat, its jointing with already laid Earthmat/Deltas at 2 Places including necessary modification in existing support for Earthing of Neutral Bushing support for its Earthing work and then Painting of Earthing Strips as per technical specification.

Making 3 Mtr. long Electrodes by cutting 40mm. dia MS round bar and making Delta Erthing for 132Kv & 33Kv Neutral bushings after digging pits of size 1×1×1 M³ , insreting all 3 Nos electrodes in pit vertically in side groung making delta by jointing electrodes with MS flat of Size 75×10 mm. and making/riser to tonnet with HV/LV neutral of transformer

Erection of 132KV LA's including erection of ALP Structures and connection of Earthing with existing M.S. Flats at designated places as per technical specification (1 job for each set of LA & ALP Structure)

Jumpering of HV & LV's bushings of 132/33KV, 40 MVA T/F (ECE Make) through 132 KV & 33KV LA's with the help of existing/newly prepared ACSR Panther/ACSR Twin Moose conductor respectively with associated Terminal Connectors and P.G. Clamps etc. to connect with 132KV & 33KV Bus Bars.

Installation of RTCC Panel of above new 40 MVA 132/33KV T/F (ECE Make) in Control Room including Laying of additional Control Cables, if required as per site requirement and Termination and connection of all existing/new control cables at RTCC & Transformer End as per technical specifications.

Laying of following size of cables addition to old laid cables of 40 MVA T/F (EMCO Make) from control panel in control room to RTCC or marshalling box as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in gland plates or box wherever required, providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, fixing of PVC ferrules and Nos. for each core of cable as per drawing including all associated work to complete the work satisfactorily:-

Connecting cables and termination of following size of cables as laid and also termination of cables already dismantled from damaged 40VA T/F-II and coming from control panel in control room as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in gland plates or box wherever required, providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, fixing of PVC ferrules and Nos. for each core of cable and its terminatioin as per drawing including all associated work to complete the work satisfactorily:-

Proper packing of HV bushings of dismantled damaged 40 MVA T/F-II (T&R MAKE) including proper wrapping with polythene sheets in the wooden crates, and stacking them in the stores.

Centrifusing of complete transformer oil of different capacity transformers at different sub stations noted below with the help of centrifusing machine, checking of BDV value and IR Value periodically including recording all the parameters hourly such as temperature, vacuum, PPM, & Meggar results during centrifusing of oil till the required value achieved as per oil filteration norms. 5KV Meggar, Centrifusing machine and all other T&P shall be arranged by the contractor

Inspection of transformer by electrical safety department and taking clearance for charging for which shall be paid as per actual
