Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius build in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 02 here in above but except bricks. Note : Bricks obtained from item No. 01 of BOQ here-in -before.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheet fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser Item No 07 here-in - before but except sheeting complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Asbestos cement corrugated sheet obtained from item No. 06 of BOQ here-in -before.

S&F in repair asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge 6mm thick for corrugated or semi corrugated sheet complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching /copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wall and ceiling board of any description or any thickness ,fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for providing aluminium snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605X605 mm using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mm X25mm X1.4mm,weighing 0.24 kg/RM and 23.5mmX26.4mmX1.4mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. the snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mmX25mmX2mm weighing 0.36Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S &F 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board in ceiling flat or sloping or laid/inserted to timber /GI/Aluminium frame work with screw complete all as spcified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified and Directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any position,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Only embedded portion of post or strut will be measured and paid)

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, & removing surplus soil material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 as in fencing posts & struts including cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and embedding in concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire mesh any size or type complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including fixing of flat iron ,mild steel round bars & mild steel screws bolt and provision of binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only 3.80 mm dia GI wire 50 mm x 50mm mesh (chain link fencing) made up to mattresses or cages lapped wired and laid in position including closing and tied with posts properly complete all as specified & directed..(NOTE:Unit weight of chain link fencing will be measured and paid as per BOO)

Supply only flat iron as in support/ hanging for fencing including cutting to shape as directed including suitable size mild steel screw bolt with washer & one hexagonal or sqare nut of length not exceeding 5 cm ,end all necessary drilling, bolting ,riveting etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel round bars 10 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410 W complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410 W Gde-E-250 quality B complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills,gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railing; framework of water tanks and similar work & for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding bolts, etc.conforming to Fe 290- Gde E -165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cm (1:4), finished even and fair (without using extra cement ) complete all as specified & directed.

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in bed blocks,fillings, for inserting hold fast of doors & window & similar work etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
