Demolition of Cement concrete un reinforced in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thikness (below or ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing black top surfaces n.exc 50mm thick and sweeping with brooms and cleaned surfaces and remove all loose dirt etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) DLC in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for providing cement concrete n.exc 25cm thick of flexural strength 40Kg/per Sq Centimetre in field using 400Kg of cement per cubic meter as in floor/road/ path, hard standing etc. with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels not exc. 9 Sqm each with using non circular synthetic fibre @ .25% by weight of cement and finishing surfaces of concrete roads by brooming complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing 12 mm thick expansion joints through out the thickness (150 mm) of road / path duly filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified

M&L for surface channel in concrete 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) for drain complete all as specified and directed

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto

M&L for excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 450mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1: 5 10, type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone, boulder, precast PCC block masonry including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. Built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof bands, coping, bed plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using of extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs, chulla hoods, chajjahs, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep, 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.
