RFP FOR RENEWAL OF AMC AND LICENCES FOR EXISTING PERIMETER FIREWALL OF KSDC WITH THREE-YEARS SUPPORT

The Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act/Limited Liability partnership act and should have been in operation for a period of at least 5 Years as on bid date. (Consortium and joint ventures formed for the purpose of this project are not eligible to bid for this project. Trusts and societies are also not eligible to bid for this project)

The bidder must have successfully executed renewal of AMC and licences for Firewall/AMC of security devices/tools/licences for a minimum value of one order of Rs.5.20 crore or two orders of Rs.2.60 Crore each or three order of Rs.1.75 Crore during last 7 Years as on bid submission date for any State Data Center/Data Center of PSUs/Enterprises.

The average annual turnover of the Bidder during last 3 financial Years (2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25) shall not be less than Rs.10.40 Cr (Ten Crore Forty Lakhs)

The bidder should have a positive net worth for the last 3 financial Years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)

The bidder should not have filed for bankruptcy.

The Bidder should have at least one permanent/working office in Bengaluru.

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by the Government of India or any state government or any of its agencies for any reasons whatsoever and the bidder should not have been blacklisted by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices as on last date of bidding for this tender.

MAF to be submitted as per format in RFP

Bidder should have valid ISO 27001 OR 20000

The signatory for this RFP must be authorized by Board or Head of the Organization
