Dismantling of ACSR or AAC Conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts any size transporting to store and stacking complete all as specified and directede.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc comlete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole etc in hard/dense soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point all as directed.

Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 flat of size 250mm x150mm x 40mm placed perpendicular of the cable complete.

Supply and laying,jointing & testing in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volt grade laid in trenches,ducts,drawn through pipes across the road/path/along poles/floors/equipment etc of size 16 sq mm4 core.

Supply and fix in repair GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 40 mm dia completed as directed for cable protection

S&F in repair Junction box made out of FRP sheet of size 300x200x115mm ready made type having aluminium bus bar of capacity 100 Amps 4 Nos with necessary connector , MCB 6 Amps and entry of gland and fixing arrangement to fix the box on plinth/wall by providing MS clamp and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron/MS iron base plate welded to the bottom of pole finial taper plug bolts, nuts, screws etc as specified type 410 SP-31(9.0 Mtr long) including two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally for the portion embedded in concrete and two coats of silver paint over one coat of red oxide primer to external/exposed surfaces including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8 ) type D-2 for foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for pedestal and coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED Street light fitting, 60 watts with pressure die cast aluminium housing IP66 with mounting bracket and all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable , including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to pole complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells/Philips/Osram or equivalent others make as specified.

S & F in replacment GI pipe light grade bracket 40mm dia, 1.5m long bent to shape as required for fixing of street lights on poles/walls including nuts, bolts, washers , Clamps (02 sets) of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core Copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm for connecting from bus bar box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009.00 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, I watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including galvanised iron wire 4 mm with GI protection pipe of 20 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified.

Supply installing, testing and commissioning of Bus bar junction box panel of size 0.6x0.45x0.30 mtr outdoor kiosk type factory made of angle iron 65mmx 65mmx 6mm on all side welded to 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer compartment and 2.0 mm thick for inner compartment with openable shutteron both sides ( front and rear) , having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof outdoor spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz with Aluminium bas bar of capacity 400 Amps AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted with following accessories all as specified and directed by the Engr-in Charge. (Note:- Bus bar junction box shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC block shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item & width of the panel not less than 75 cm) . Note:- Drg of bus bar junction box panel shall got approved before execution at site.
