Architectural and structural design of buildings and other structures including its planning, Estimation and DNIT. (Note:- Rate be quoted as % of total estimate cost e.g. if 0.50 % of the total estimate cost, so rate be entered 0.50)

Total services i.e. Planning, Designing of Infrastructures development like, roads/ Streets/Cycle Track/ Footpath, storm drainage, Electrical and horticulture work& other beautification work including development of existing infrastructure & landscaping (Note:- Rate be quoted as % of total estimate cost e.g. if 0.50 % of the total estimate cost, so rate be entered 0.50 )

Conducting Topographical Survey of Road/ Streets/ Nala etc, by using DGPS for Development of infrastructure including taking out X-section at an interval of 50m and L- Section at 30m, preparations of L-Section and X-Section of Road. Submit data Along with Digital Plan showing level and contours including marking of Latitude and Longitude of Junctions..

Conducting Topographical Survey of Sector/Colony/Village by Using DGPS, showing all permanent features, Railway Line, canal, Roads, Streets, Schools, Chaupals and other landmarks, taking out Spot levels at an interval of 30m Submit data Along with Digital Plan including marking of Latitude and Longitude of Junctions..

Topographical Survey of projects by using DGPS as per sr. no. 5 and 6, in Sr. No. 5 if length of Project less than 1 km treated as per day basis and in Sr. no. 6 area of project less than 3 Acre treated as per day. Rate Quoted Per day Basis for Complete Survey team including DGPS including marking of Latitude and Longitude of Junctions.

Supervision of Development projects above 1.0 Crores Project Cost including Time to Time Site Visit, Consultation with Contractor and report to Concern Officer. (Note:- Rate be quoted as % of total estimate cost e.g. if 0.50 % of the total estimate cost, so rate be entered 0.50 )

Reconciliation of any bill/quantities/rates assigned by M.C. Gohana.
