M & L comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Air Conditioning plant, capacity 62 HP VRF type, Indoor unit-22 Nos & Outdoor Unit-4 Nos through OEM i.e. M/s Voltas Ltd. for the following complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge :- (i) Ground floor: 4.0 TR-2 Nos, 3.20 TR-2 Nos, 2.29 TR-6 Nos, 2.03 TR-2 Nos (ii) First floor: 4.55 TR-1No, 4.00 TR-1No, 3.20 TR-4 Nos, 2.90 TR-1No, 2.03 TR-3 Nos

M & L comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Air Conditioning Plant, capacity 30 HP, (2x5.5 TR)11 TR, Ductable Split Unit (DSU) type Model No. DCUSC55DIMNR407, Indoor unit-1 No. & Outdoor unit -1 No. through OEM i.e. M/s Voltas Ltd complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge :-

NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 1 & 2:- (i) The AMC of AC plants shall be in existing location & position as installed at site. (ii) Routine services: (a) Checking motor bushes (b) Connection at main plug (c) Cleaning of blower & condenser fan, airfilter , evoporator & consenser coils and equipment (d) Checking of grill and room tremperatures (iii) The above comprehensive annual maintenance shall be carried out only through OEM i.e. M/s Voltas Ltd. The contractor willl have to submit MOU and copy of Annual Maintenance Contract from OEM (M/s Voltas Limited) to GE well before placing the Work order No. 01 by GE. Refer Sch 'A' Notes here-in-before for detail. (iv) No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (v) The extent of work/services to be carried out in annual comprehensive maintenance as specified in particular specifications.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 1 & 2 contd...:- (vi) The plant maintenance include complete maintenance by regular and systematically examining for smooth and efficient functioning of the plants. (vii) Replacement of all major or minor spares parts and/or defective spares parts (if damaged during AMC period) and maintenance items required during AMC period are deemed to be included in the quoted rates except which are specifically specified in AMC provided by OEM. (viii) The quoted rates are deemed to be included for replacement of spares / material by OEM free of charge without extra cost of material. (ix) The contractor shall arrange to attend to the unit for any problems regularly. (x) In case of any defect to existing compressor, the contractor shall repair the same within time as directed by GE and/or as specified in PS and in case of failure of compressor, the contractor will replace the same with new compressor of same specification/make and the contractor’s quoted rates are deemed to be included for above provisions. (xi) The retrieved defective/unservicable minor/major parts shall be the property of contractor and shall be removed from site as directed. (xii) Penalty shall be imposed as specified in particular specifications on account of non rectification of defects or not carrying out the repair work within stipulated time.
