Construction of sewerage system in Madikeri city under NGT & SBM (U)-2.0 Fund and Construction of various capacities of Sewage Treatment Plant in Somvarpet & Gundlupete town under SBM (U)-2.0 fund in DBOT model.

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project /STP project/ water supply project/ Irrigation Projects /combined water supply & sewerage project/ combined water supply & sewerage project with Road/ combined water supply & sewerage project with Layout works/ combined water supply & sewerage project with Buildings value not less than Rs. 7.90 Crores

Executed in any one year of the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) the following minimum quantities of works:Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical/manual means-13601 cum (2) Cement Concrete (Including RCC & PCC)-994 cum (3) TMT Steel-39 MT (4) RCC NP3/DI/u-PVC/Stone ware/MS pipes/DWC/GSW/HDPE of minimum 63mm dia and above-10 km

The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess experience in Construction of 1 Nos of SBR/ NEBR/equivalent/any other type STP/ WTP works with a minimum of 0.75 MLD Capacity

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 4.74 Crore (credit lines/letter of credit/Certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc. (equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks from Karnataka -India as per the prescribed format

Achieved in each of the at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 31.60 Crores
