Dismentling and removing grading concrete including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debries within 50 mts.lead

Earthwork in hard soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc. complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost conveyance and royalty etc. complete.

Cement concrete in (1:4:8) using 40mm size Hard Granite Crusher Broken metal including watering and curing,cost,conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

C.C. of proportion (1:2:4) in foundation and floors using 12mm (1/2”) size Clean hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hosting lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm (6”) thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc complete including all cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete.

RCC work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips incuding watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. (C)Second Floor a)Roof Slab
