Road Work Part-A

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. SOR/2022/253 (Including 8km carteg)

Extra for mechanically compacted to achive 95% proctors density inculding arrangment of water, settlement of all T & P chargess including roler and its fuel charge.

Providing & laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including remixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, MORT&H-406.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mbing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and applying primer coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/sqm. using mechanical means, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P ctc required for proper completion of the work as per Clause- 502 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying tack coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per Clause - 503 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler. transporting Analysed the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-II) with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix Rates and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 brick 7cm wide & 11 cm deep laid with mud mortar i/c labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also stacking dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed byE/I
