Demolition Brick work or stone/ boulder masnory, built in cement mortor including all quoins , pillars etc, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work with reinforced cement concrete complete all as directed.

Taking down wash hand basin with all fitting and fixture Complete.

Taking down flushing cistern with flush pipe complete.

Taking down bib tap 15mm dia complete.

Taking down Stop cock 15mm dia complete.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250ltr but not exc 500ltr and removing to store complete.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of dia 15mm bore complete.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of dia 20mm bore complete.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of dia 25mm bore complete.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick including tiles etc (below or above ground level) complete.

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil) earth work to a distance of 2 Km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing outside MD land where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified.

Surface execavation not exec 30 cm deep & average 15 cm deep and getting out Soft/loose soil.

Removal execavated material incl exc 250 mtr n.exc 500 mtr & deposit as directed by engineer-in-charge

Taking down carefully Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket etc) complete. (fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc) to be measured seperately) complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fitiings & fixture such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holder, light fittings, & regulators complete all as specified.

Taking down 2.5/4.0 Sqm copper submain wiring complete, including fixture and fitting such as DB's, MCB's, industrial sockets etc. removing for taking credit (Credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately ) complete all as spcified and directed.

Taking down Single phase electric meter (deposited to store yard of KV School)

Taking down Ceiling Fans (deposited to store yard of KV School)
