Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Hi wall split type airconditioning units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built heating and cooling arrangement and digital invertor twin roratry compressor air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5TR (4500 Kcal/Hr) complete of comprising of the following:- (a) Room evaporative indoor unit with three speed blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water. (b) Out door condensing unit of capacity 4500 K Cal / Hrs comprising of 01 no. compressor of 1.5TR capacity with condenser fan motor of appropriate capacity - 01 No, air cooled condenser of 1.5TR capacity - 01 No, shall be installed out side the building. (c). Refrigerant copper pipe for suction & discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cable shall be fixed. (d) Making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface after plugging the hole etc . Note :- (i). Cutting holes in walls/window of any thickness for installation of AC etc, connection and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after work shall be done. The unit rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (ii) Electrical cable required to connect outdoor unit with indoor unit and indoor unit to voltage stabilizer inclusive in above rate. (iii) copper piping/with insulations and drain piping shall also deemed to be inclusive in quoted unit rate.

S&F in replacement , copper pipe with insulation of size 1/2", 1/4" for Split AC of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S& F sheet metal enclosure double door type for MCBs DB SPN(Single pole and neutral) 240V AC 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar all as specified and directed .

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp 'B' series 10 KA repturing capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN 40 Amp 240 V AC 10 KA repturing capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F AC box 15/16 amp Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 240 volt MCB 20 amp complete all as directed.

S&F sub main wiring alongwith earth wire (green colour) with single core FRLSH, PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including concealed/Surface PVC conduit (medium grade) with standard accessories and earth wire connected with main earth dolly, of the following sizes of cable & dia of conduit complete all as specified and directed:- NOTE :- (i) Two/four run of single core FRLSH PVC cable with one/two run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit (RM). (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM (1:3) including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of sub main wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawal plugs.
