Supply, installation, testing and commissioning to LT Panel Board, indoor type of suitable size as per relevent IS, mounted on angle iron legs of size 40x40x6mm imbedded in PCC 1:2:4 block type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) at pump house, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, factory made (CPRI approved), fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50HZ AC supply, busbar chamber with aluminum busbar of suitable amp rating for 3 Phase and 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve as per colour, supported on epoxy insulator 01 set, common earth bus of 25mm x 4mm at bottom inside panel board with two earth terminal out side panel board, cable alley ,cable gland with independent plate at bottom and complete panel board painted with powder coating in grey colour all as specified & directed, The contractor should submit Test Certificate along with GA drawing for approval before execution of work including taking out existing connection and materials. The panel shall be comprizing of the following :- (a)MCCB 250 Amps,thermal adjustable and magentic setting having rupturing capacity 36 KA (Ics= 100% Icu) , TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz, along with Extended Ratory handle ,Spreader terminal and phase barrier - 01 No. (b) Soft Starter 125 H.P. (c) Contactors, relays, CT timers, for suitable rating having with ON, OFF , Trip Indicating Light, Push Buttons, Digital MFM along with contactor & semiconductor fuses with , Control Fuse etc fitted in Panel board for showing V, I, Hz, Pf Note: (i) Panel shall be a front/rear opening with cable entry from the bottom). (ii) Fixing of LT Panel including addition / alteration to existing surface deemed quoted in rates and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

LED solar street light fittings 24 watt LED solar standalone street light having MPPT charge controller ,IP-66 protection 80 Wp PV module ,12.8 V/35 Ah LiFePO4(Lithium Ferro Phosphate ) battery pack , 6 mtr ( 01 mtr planting depth and 05 mtr above ground level) long MS galvanised tubular pole (Hot dip galvanized ) ,theft rertardant Metallic battery box mounted on pole top,5700 K , including company name should be embossed /engraved on the dia cast aluminum housing of the luminaire of make : Havells ,cat part no: LHSTAKU7CBAF024 or technocommerically equivalent of Philips /Crompton including taking out existing solar street lights with connection,complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Contractor shall produce LM 79 & LM 80 test report form OEM owned NABL accredited laboraory. (ii) Contractor shall give gurantee of complete fitting/ fixtures for minimum of 2 years form the date of completion. (iii) Contractor shall arrange complete material at site for approval of GE before incorporation in the work. (iv) The quoted rate includes excavation & earth work and PCC for erection of steel tubular pole as directed.

Supply ,installation ,commissioning and testing of ECO friendly diesel engine driven water cooled generating set of capacity 30 KVA / 24 KW ,415 volts ,AC supply ,50 HZ ,3 phase 4 wire ,0.8 PF at NTP ,speed 1500 RPM mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling and meeting the requiements of IS-4722/BIS specificaiton with CPCB approved accoustic enclousres fabricated out CRCA sheet 2 mm thick and structual sheet metal base frame. Sound proofing of enclouser is done with high quality foam conforming to IS 8183 of 25 mm thickness and density 30 Kg /M3 complete including PCC foundation in all respect complete as per manufactures recommendations. (a) Diesel engine : Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS specifacition provided with blower fan ,12 volts self starting including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity ,charging dynamo/alternator ,air cleaner ,diesel /oil filters complete in all respect . The engine shall be capable of taking 10% overload for one hour for every 12 hours of running confirming to the enviroment (protection act 1986) (29 of 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notificaitons Part -II Section -III sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004. (b) Engine Instructions panel: All relevant information shall be displayed on a complete panel for easy monitoring of lubricant ,oil pressure ,battery charging ,ammeter ,hours meter ,starting switch etc. (c) Fuel tank: In built fuel tank of adequate capacity with stop cock ,drain plug and nessery fuel pipe complete all as per manufactures recommendaitons .

(d) Altrnator: 30 KVA / 24 KW at NTP , 3 phase ,50 HZ ,415 volts ,AC supply ,0.8 PF at 1500 RPM , this shall be self excited screen protected and drip proof type brushless ,conforming to relevant IS/BIS code as per latest manufacturing schedule . Make: Kirloskar Electric /CG/Stamford /Bharat Bijlee/ Jyoti /Siemens. (e) Control panel: The standerd control panel shall be built in acousitc enclousers with the following accessories complete pre wired with suitable size of copper cables: (i) MCCB of suitable rating with over load and short ciruit protecion (ii) Digital ammeter (iii) Digital voltmeter (iv) One set of indicating LED lamps RYB and fues (v) Frequancy meter ,RPM meter ,Hour meter , fuel level indicator (vi) KWH meter electronic tamper proof digital for 3 phase 415 volts AC unbalanced load of suitable capacity. (vii) Water temperature oil pressure gague. Note : The gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requiements (The label shall be durable and legible ) (1) Name and address of the engine manufacture (2) Statement that this engine conforms to the enviorement protection . (3) Type and approval certificate number. (4) Date and manufactatured of gen set.

(F) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOUSER: Accoustic enclouser is made out of CRCA sheet and ISMC base frame painted. The walls of enclusers will be insulated with rockwool so to sound level 75 db(A) as per CPSB-II norms at 1 mtrs sound leveled by ministry of enviorment and forest . The enclouser shall have following provisions:- wall of enclouser will be insulated as per manufactures recommendations with the following : (I) Fitting arrangment (ii) Point for neutral and body earthing (iii) Lub oil drainage (iv) Air breather (v) Hood or rain protection (vi) Easy stop push button (vii) Panel meter viewing window (viii)Tube light fitting of suitable wattage NOTE: (a) DG set should be sound proof as per lastest policy. (b) First filling of Engine oil and fuel etc should be arranged by the contractor. (c) Load testing of DG Set shall be carried out by the contractor as directed by testing officer/ Engr-in-charge under his own arrangements. The rate quoted shall be inclusive for testing, fuel and other connected items i.e Tripod stand, steel water tank etc. (d) Contractor shall submit drawings of platform from the OEM and the same shall be got approved from the accepting officer. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the foundation.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness earth strip connected to earth test point/ panel buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6mm by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 all as specified and indicated complete and all sides of earth electrode surrounded by alternate layer of common salt and charcoal dust 15cm thick and GI protection pipe ,medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm ,medium grade with funnel and wire mesh ,40mm thick for protection of earth strip pre-cast RCC N-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- PCC chamber pit shall be 30x30x30 cm . The quoted rate includes excavation in any type of soil and removal upto 50 mtr include testing upto desired output.

Supply & errection steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (9 meter long) with 300mmx300mmx6mm MS base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30 cm high with super enamel paint (black and white/yellow) from ground level/coping upto 1.5 m painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation & earth work, GI Pipe PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ).

Pole mounting junction box of size 300mmx200mmx100mm fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet, front openable door with hinges, weather proof duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint internally and externally over a coat red oxide primer suitable to house and including 02 Nos aluminium bus bar of 63 Amps capacity mounted on suitable insulators, one No MCB SP 6A mounted on dinrail, internally wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable, provision of bottom cable entry with cable glands including mounting on steel tubular poles with two Nos FI clamps 25mmx3mm with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

XPLE insulated PVC sheathed steel strip/wire armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade of size 35 sqmm, 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor, in trenches through pipe or under culvert including proper connection to LT panel /bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note: – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

XPLE insulated PVC sheathed steel strip/wire armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm, 2 core with stranded aluminium conductor in trenches through pipe or under culvert including proper connection to LT panel /bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note: – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Sand cushioning to under ground electric cable a layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be of good quality as specifed and punned thickness 18cm shall be measured and paid.

Sub class 'B' bricks well burnt of size laid dry flat for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles including necessary form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping to poles including necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
