Improvement of Left side canal service road from RD. 2200m to RD. 5100m of Bargarh Main Canal.

Clearing and grubbing land in canal slope work including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thick etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc.excepting all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014cum in volume for dam base stripping, cut-off trenches, outfall drains and stripping in borrow areas including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including stacking of useful materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction and clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means and loading into and transportation by mechanical means in all leads and unloading the soil on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including, laying a layer not exceedind 0.30 mtr height , watering earth work upto OMC condition and compaction by sheepfoot roller and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all the machineries in embankments of canal for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.Borrow area to be arranged by the agency at his own cost. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition & calculation of quantity to be made as per level section with graphical representation) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub- base by providing close graded Granular sub-base grading-III Metal as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 401 of M0SRT&H specification for road and bridge works. (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials within wire brushes and small picas, sweeping within brooms or soft brushes and finally destiny within old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bitumen etc. all labour charge, T&P, B & O.C. workers welfare cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials and labour, applying primer coat of slow setting bitumen emulsion over the cleaned metalled road surface to receive premix carpet . As per direction of the of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transported to hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetrationgrade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and spreading of moorum of approved quality in road flank of CSR including cost, carriage, royalty and all taxes of all Materials with all leads, lifts, watering and consolidation with PRR and cost of all labour charges and other incidental charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in charge.

Fine dressing and turfing the slopes of the dam / dyke / canal embankment with compacted dub grass with initial lead and lift,watering till servival of green turf etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as perIRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including dressing & leveling the bed and sides and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with all leads, lifts, delifts, dewatering, sundries and T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Spreading watering and ramming sand for filling of approved quality on finished approved surface portion including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials to the work site with all leads, lifts, delifts with all other incidental charge etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in charge

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size hard granite crusher broken metal including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials to the work site, mixing and laying of concrete in position & compacted properly with all leads, lifts, sundries, T&P required for the work, curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering & shuttering for C.C. works including false work and dismentaling them after casting including cost & conveyance of materials complete as per drawing & specification with all leads, lifts, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M-15 grade with 20 mm size and down graded hard granite crusher broken aggregates for CC work free from wearthered skin and other deleterious materials of approved quality and uniform colour and texture and sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specification and cement of approved grade and specification with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by manual means including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes, cess of all materials, labour including dewatering by suitable means, mixing concrete by concrete mixer and placing by manual means supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, q.c. testing charges for ingradients and all cost etc. complete as per approved drawing and specification etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge

Cement concrete M-30 grade with 20 mm size and down graded hard granite crusher broken aggregates for CC work free from wearthered skin and other deleterious materials of approved quality and uniform colour and texture and sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specification and cement of approved grade and specification with all leads, lifts, delifts and transportation by manual means including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes, cess of all materials, labour including dewatering by suitable means, mixing concrete by concrete mixer and placing by manual means supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, q.c. testing charges for ingradients and all cost etc. complete as per approved drawing and specification etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work and as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials with all leads ,lift ,delifts etc as per direction of thr Engineer in Charge

Providing weep hole in brick masonary/stone masonary, plain reinforced abutment, wing wall, return wall with 110mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1v:2H towards drawing face complet as per drawing and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(Metal Beam Crash Barrier Type-A,W Metal Beam Crash Barrier) Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail ,70 cm above road /ground level ,fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post ,150x75x5mm spaced 2 m center to center ,1.80 m high ,1.10m below ground/road level,all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process ,all fittings to conform to IS 1364 ,metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of channel section 150x75x5 mm,330mm long complete as per Cluse 810.

Supplying and fixing 15cm dia and 1m long guard posts of R.C.C. (1:2:4) using 7.5Kg. Of steel for each guard post with 12mm size H.G.C.B. chips including cost of all reinforcement and materials centering shuttering and watering carrying etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in charge.
