(A) FIRE WATER PUMPING SYSTEM :- Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of Electrical Motor Driven Main Pump, Centrifugal Horizontal Type, with gland packing capable of deliver 2850 LPM at 88 MWC. The pump shall be coupled with TEFC motor of suitable KW with speed of 2900 RPM with all accessories and complete set shall mounted on common base frame. The quoted rate shall include fixing of coupling, coupling guard and foundation bolts etc. Civil foundation will be client's scope.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of Diesel Engine driven common standby pump, horizontal centrifugal type, suitable for automatic operation. The duty parameters of standby fire pumps shall be 2850 LPM at 105 MWC. The pump shall be coupled with radiator cooled diesel engine of speed 1800 RPM with auto starting mechanism and shall be equipped with other accessories as required including fuel tank(fabricated from 3 mm MS sheet, painted with two coates of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer) of capacity adequate to sustain continuous pump operation for 4 hours. The tank shall be fitted with magnetic oil level indicator, MH with cover, drain valve, air vent including structural support etc. Necessary battery to be supplied along with the diesel engine. Pump shall have C.I. casing, bronze impeller(dynamically balanced), SS-410 shaft with gland pack. Other accessories like common base frame, foundation bolts, flexible coupling, coupling guards etc to be supplied along with the pumps.The pump should be factory fitted on common base frame and to be erected at site on RCC foundation with proper anti vibration pad. RCC foundation shall be of owner scope. The pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% of rated capacity at a head of not less than 65% of the rated head, The shut off head shall not exceed 120% of rated head.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of electric motor driven Jockey Pump, vertical inline type, suitable for operation on 415 volts ±10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The duty parameter of jockey pump shall be 180LPM at 105 MWC. The pump shall coupled to squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC type having suitable KW with speed of 2900 RPM. The pump components shall made of stainless steel with gland pack arrangement. Necessary accessories with foundation bolts etc to be supplied to complete the erection. Foundation required to erect the pump shall be of owner's scope.

Supply, Erection, testing & commissioning of compartmentalised common control panel for Electrical Motor driven pumps as per technical specification attached with this tender document. All components shall be housed in a common cubicals made of 16 swg. M.S. sheet with required stiffners(if required). The panel shall be powder quoted of approved colour both inside and out side. The pane shall have both bottom and top cable entry provisions and panel shall be mounted on pedestal of 300mm height. The panel should have sufficient(min. 6 nos per pump set) NO / NC contacts for extending the status of fire pumps to the fire alarm panel.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of FRLS, PVC outer sheath, steel armoured, aluminium / copper conductor, 1100 Volt Grade power cables with gland etc. The cable shall be laid in tray / hume pipe / in trenches / on walls / floors etc as required. Cables laid out doors shall include the price of earth excavation providing brick and sand protection, refilling and compacting the earth. 3C x 70 sq.mm YFY for main pump

Supply & installation of dial type Pressure Gauge of suitable pressure range, fitted with dampner arrangement and isolation ball valve as shown in respective drawing. The diameter of dial shall be 150 mm preferably filled up with glyserine. All other necessary fittings to be supplied to erect the gauge on pump header.

Supply and installation of Pressure Switches, SPDT type, of suitable range, fitted with dampner arrangement and isolation ball valves as shown in respective drawing for pump automation. All other required fittings to be supplied to erect the pressure switch on pump delivery header.

Supply, erection and testing of heavy grade(class-C) pipes conforming to IS-1239 / IS-3589 including all fittings viz. tees, elbows, reducers, union, flanges, rubber gaskets, GI nuts bolts, washer and structural steels for pipe supports. Hanger support with anchor fasteners and clamps shall be supplied to fix the pipes on ceiling wall etc. including supporting/fixing the pipe on floor / wall /ceiling with clamps, hangers (using anchor fastners) as per specification. Cutting of floors, walls etc and making it good after erection of pipes shall be of vendor's scope. HYDRANT SYSTEM Supply, erection, and testing of MS heavy grade pipes conforming to IS:1239 / IS:3589 with accessories including all fittings viz tees, elbows, reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets, G.I. nuts, bolts and washers.The scope includes excavation of all kind of soil, refilling, ramming, shoring, removing the excavated surplus material, providing adequate support to the pipe and making it good. Rate shall include for dewatering, if necessary, to execute the work. The top of pipe shall not be less than 1.0 m below ground level at any point. Wrapping and coating to be done by applying protective primer @ 100 gm / sqm, thereafter wrapping with with 2 layer of coating materials of 2 mm thick by thermo fusion process. Overlap of coating shall be maintained at 25mm. 150 mm NB

Supply & installation of swinging type hose reel drum fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA sheets painted with red colour stove paint 2 coats over 1 coat of primer.
