Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. :Hot finished welded type tubes Tata, kamdhenu,jindal or equivalent make.

Providing and fixing modular type under bench cabinet over all size 1.70mx0.70m ( or part thereof) 0.60m deep, with one no. Intermediate horizontal partition and two no. Intermediate vertical partitions. The cabinet size shall be fixed two nos. 0.15m deep drawers and shutters in rest of front area excluding one 1/3rd portion. Prelaminated MDF board of 18mm thickness shall be used except on back sides of cabinet and bottom of drawers which shall be 8mm thickness. The shutters and drawers shall be fixed with 10 mm stainless steel C type handles. The shutters shall be fixed with spring hinges and 40mm cupboard locks of approved make. The drawers shall be fixed with powder coated telescopic channle of approved make. The exposed edges of board is to be covered with matching lamination 0.8m thick/painted with epoxy paint matching to the colour of the laminated board, complete as per drawing, design. The MDF board shall be of approved manufacturer, ISI marked conforming to IS:14587, exterior grade with choice lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side. Only front area of the cabinet shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing of adjustable PVC shoe of size 40 mm complete with nut and bolt as per requirement including welding of washer & net on bottom table frame.

Providing and fixing machine cut mirror polished black granite 18 mm thick in size 1.8 mx 0.75 m or part there of on table top complete in all respects.

Extra for providing edge moulding to granite table top giving granite finish.

Making openings of required size and shape for kitchen/lab sink in granite plate form including necessary hole for pillar taps etc. including rubbing and polishing of cut edge granite finish complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. : On steel work

Providing and fixing vitreous china Laboratory sink:600x450x200mm including flexible waste pipe and C.P. Brass waste coupling and swan neck tap

Providing and fixing side cabinet of size 1.50m(long)x0.45m (overal depth)x0.75m (high, including skirting). The cabint is to be fixed with one no. Intermadiate vertical partition and one no. Intermediate horizontal partition ( removable type). The top board of the cabinet shall be projected by 25mm on front side beyond overal depth of the cabinet. The cabinet shall be fixed with 4 nos. 0.15m(deep) drawers on top and 4 nos. shutters in rest of the front area above skirting. The cabinet is to be fabricated out of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The thickness of the board on back side of the cabint and bottom of the drawers shall be 8mm. The shutters and drawers shall be fixed with 8nos. 100mm C type SS handles and six nos. cupboard locks. The drawer shal be fixed with power coated telescopic channles of approved make. The exposed edges of the board shall be covered with matching lamination 0.8mm thick/painted with epoxy paint of matching colour. The cabint shall be fixed with 4 nos. PVC shoes. The MDF board shall be of approved manufacturer, ISI marked conforming to IS:14587.The front area of the finished table shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) :Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.:Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasketetc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 200x10mm

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge : Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock, ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) Aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing LED/NEON Light Letters Sign board including necessary frame work complete in all respects. Rate will be per vertical inch measurement of finished letters.
