Repair of damaged 250 KVA Aluminum wound transformer installed at L.I.S Quasba bala by way of disconnecting transformer from main power supply and then Carriage / Shifting of damaged transformer from its place of installation to workshop through tata mobile / pickup van after loading in the tata mobile with the help of JCB/Crane. Then Complete rewinding of damaged 250 KVA transformers by of extraction of core, & then extraction of complete damaged coils of H.T and L.T side. Providing and fitting of H.V leg coil complete with insulation varnishing and L.V leg coil complete with insulation varnishing of high grade material. Complete lamination of core. The Job also includes replacing the Tapping switch.Providing & Fitting of H.V bushing and metal parts – 03 Nos. L.V bushing and metal parts – 04 Nos. L.T terminal plate – one set, set of gasket, high quality fresh transformer oil - 300 ltrs. high quality of insulation material along with painting of transformer with high quality paint. After complete assembling of transformer, placing the transformer to the oven for removing complete moisture .Carriage / Shifting of repaired transformer from workshop to L.I.S through pickup van and then shifting the transformer to its actual position with the help JCB/Crane. Connecting 11 KV power line supply to H.T side of 250KVA repaired / rewinded transformer and connecting power supply. ob also includes all type of material charges, assembling and dismantling charges, carriage / transportation charges, manual labour charges, charges for deployment of tools & tackles etc, labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers charges of crane for loading & unloading for transformer at site . Job also includes commissioning and testing on no load & on load after charging the transformer. Complete Job
