Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including wall tiles on brick work or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old 15mm bore steel tubing fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor,with all fittings and fixtures and short lengths including cleaning for refixing, removal to store,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old 20mm bore steel tubing fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor,with all fittings and fixtures and short lengths including cleaning for refixing or removal to store,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron/ PVC /reinforced concrete drain pipes of any size, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 100mm cast iron/ PVC /Reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing old PVC partition (including frame and shutter) /panneling in the same position of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-O (using 12.5mm graded crused stone aggregate) as in floors finished rough to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200 mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or stone work surface in CM 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement on internal wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing admixture on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :Water proofing admixture to be measured & paid for separately.

S&F in repairs for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including gypsum board 12mm thick of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of newly plastered wall surface and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces with a coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of newly plastered surface and applying two coat exterior emulsion paint with primer on newly plastered surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of old plastered/unplastered ceiling surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
