Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1/½:3(1cement:1/½ sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material:-

In Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

In walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

In Suspended floor roofs,landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and centilevers upto floor two level i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and proping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceedng 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls, any thickness partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in alll respect.

Edges of slabes complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying Mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on un-decorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose material sand papered stopping complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, Supplying and fixing of M.S. frame with epoxy coating over it for tube settler complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing, Supplying, Fixing and installing of Tube Settler relevant IS code as per BIS specification at the site of STP complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Chargeas.

Providing and fixing of aluminium / FRP sheet alongwith frame and allied accessories to maintain quiescent condition at quiescent zone complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, Laying, Jointing, Testing and fixing of D.I. Pipe 200 mm dia complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Sluice Valve 200 mm dia complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of C.I. Rungs complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
