M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 , putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size , again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping etc) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying and picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc.400 sqm and depth exc 50mm but n. exc. 100mm and removel of aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) of flint or quartzite stone spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick WBM in two layers, each layer of 75mm thick (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) of lime stone, sand stone, flint or Quartzite stone, spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Combined thickness ie 150 mm thick shall be measured in single unit.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly priming /tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75mm or less with using 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with mechanical boomer for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical boomer and finally with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 25mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat layer as in lines, dashes, arrows etc for road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), White/Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No 8004 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer instruction complete including taking out old layer of paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm f height 20mm with fixing with epoxy, LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10hours complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye's dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high intensity grade shedding retro reflective delineator post 75 mm outer dia, heavy duty steel pipe 1.2 m long head cap by hydraulic machine design and hold fast welded on delineator post bottom with one one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of stove enameled paint by heat process and three Nos reflective bands of white, red & yellow colour and covered by 14 gauge net grill and welded complete all as specified embedded in ground in 30x30x40cm deep pit (including excavation and removal of soil) filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and up to 30 cm high above ground level including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
