Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring any type for one light , fan, socket power point or buzzer controlled by one switch complete including fitting / fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, holder, socket etc; and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc complete all as specified

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core including non metalic PVC conduit medium grade of size not less than 20 mm dia concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper earth conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for fan / light / exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one switch. Note:- (i) Cost of PVC conduit, steel terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) M&L for cutting chases on walls / ceiling and making good disturbed surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:3) etc; are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for detecting faults in LT internal electric supply distribution system in OTM /Md accn in the NAA and rectifiying the defects for restoring supply including replacing of unserviciable defective electrical accessories Note :- (i) Spares shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule . (ii) Essential meterial like, insulation tape,screws and all tools required for carrying out the works and insutruments to the defect fault shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Taking down ceiling fan any type/ size from hook and dismantling cable and blades and bring in to store for repair and hanging ceiling fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as directed. (rewinding of fan, painting and spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down exhaust fan any type/ size from wall and dismantling sealing cable and dismantling blades and bring in to store for repair and fixing exhaust fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as directed. (rewinding of fan, painting and spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep after dismantlingand taking out the burnt winding coils and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size and gauge including insulation, Varnishing, drying etc complete and refixing the same after rewinding and testing complete all as specified and directed.
