M&L for chipping / dismantling of loose damaged concrete removed carefully by using mechanical concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the existing reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of chipping average 20-70 mm all around lintel / beams / column upto 10 mtr height including scffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and application of rust remover/converter (rebaklense RR of M/S fosroc chemicals India ltd or equivalent as approved) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever/Polymer modified mortar micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application incl cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of brushes etc. upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing shear key using 10mm diameter TMT bars including drilling holes of 12 mm dia & 100 mm depth @ 300 mm spacing on all three sides of lintel / beams and providing new TMT bars of same dia of reinforcement where as found reduced to less than 20% of original dia including tack welding and grout the holes of share key with two component epoxy resion based anchoring grout master flow 935 of BASF / LOK Fix P of fosroc by power gun complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of providing reinforcement & welding. (ii) The entire activities shall be followed as per manufacturers instructions. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all activities).

M & L for grouting of all RCC structure with Low viscous two parts of epoxy (Mixed in ratio as specified by manufacturer) Neofill LV by using pressure pump including drilling necessary holes of required size at distance of about 30 to 50 cm centre to centre as required, fixing of PVC Nozzles by quick setting ready made epoxy based plugging putty, Scaffolding, and pressure grouting with compressor at about 1kgf to RCC beams / chajjas / slabs / coulumns at all heights as per manufactureres instruction and as directed by Eng-in-Charge upto 10 mtr height. Make of Low viscous epoxy shall be Neofill of M/s Fosroc/EPCO-KP-250+EPCO -250 of M/s Krishna conchem or equivalent of FOSROC, PIDILITE, HARIOM POLYMERS (P) LTD / SIKA

Supplying and application of nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd, Krishna conchem or equivalent as approved, epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost of all materials upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for rendering 20 mm thick polymer modified mortar over face of concrete of column / Beams etc. for height upto 10 mtr in CM mortar 1: 3 along with adding up of SBR latex of M/s Fosroc or equivalent as per manufactueres instruction and finishing even and smooth including shuttering, scaffolding and formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : SBR latex will be measured and Paid seperately.

Supply only SBR Latex or equivalent of M/s Fosroc

Supply and provisioning Renderoc RG (manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) to an average thickness of 50-70 mm for beam and Column, fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, form work and labour charges upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia deformed bars in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work /concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. S & F 200 x 200 x 20 mm thick terrazzo tiles with up to 12 mm size chips set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigments, and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm (size 300 mm x 450 mm) as in skirting / dado etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut & machine polished kota stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick as in kitchen platform, flat or vertical, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
