S/R to R.I.Office Building at Kendeiposi for the year 2025-26

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches and column foundation trenches and column foundation and pits in all kinds of soil within an initial lift of 1.5m. Including dressing the sides and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the site withing an initial lead of 50m including cost of all labour, sundries, tolls and plants etc complete as per the dorection of Engineer-in-Charge as per the approved specification.

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and compacted with appropriate mechanical compactor, top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, labour, sudries, T&P, all taxes, royalites, loading and unloading etc complete as per the dorection of Engineer-in-Charge as per the approved specification.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 Nominal grade mix using portland slag cement in foundation and bottom layers of flooring and below pile cap etc. using 40mm size downgraded hard crusher broken granite aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including weigh-batching. Mixing in appropriate mechanical mixers, lowering, laying and compacting to proper levelinclduing curing and cost of all materials with all taxes and royalities loading and unloading conveyance, labour, sundries and T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash.Brick masonary with C.M.(1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of brick masonry wall with cement mortar of mix (1:6) using portland stag cement (IS 455) with inclduing raking out joints to a depth of 12mm, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all materials, conveyance loading and unloading, all taxes and royalities, all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Vitrified / colour printed series tiles in floors of size 600mmx 600mm of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (for New Work only )

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 151-154, 151-155,aswindow frame Section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as pannel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes of labour, T&P etc. complete asper direction of E.I.C

Providing and applying painting over the plastered surfaces with 2 coats of weather coat of approved quality and shade, using the required quanity as specified by the manufacturer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalities, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying pre cast interlocking UNI PAVER paver block of 80MM over 80mm thick compacted bed of sand ncluding cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffolding, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Supplying and fixing GCI sheets in roof including fixing of ridges and wind ties etc. including cost of sheet, nut and bolts, bitumen washers complete with taxes, all labour, scaffolding, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.

Iron work in trusses and record racks door windows Etc including cost of steel, nut and bolts, fabrication, hols fast with taxes, all labour, scaffolding, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per approved specification.
