Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto a lead of 1.5 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavated and then returning the stacked soil when required into plinth sides of foundation in 15 cm layers consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then depositing of all surplus excavated materials as directed within a lead of 20 metres in all kind of works as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete work excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and Breaks in floors and walls. under 20 cm. Wide as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm fixed on all sides with ISA 40x25x5mm top angle iron frame hinged on ISA 35x35x5mm bottom angle iron frame as per drawing. Pieces of MS Flat 20x4mm, 0.15m long be fixed on all sides as hold fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of MS Sheet, Angle Section & welding of MS Sheets, Angle Section, Hinges, Handles 150mm long, 20x4mm flats, locking arrangement and applying a priming coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing & testing of G.I pipe of following dia (Light class) for outlets pipe & scour pipes etc. in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Labour rate)

Providing and fixing double flanged Cast Iron gate valve of 65 mm dia of Kirloskar/Leader make conforming to IS:14846/2000 with up to date amendment as per Class PN-1.6 to withstand in 10.20 kg/cm² seat pressure including welding with M.S. flanges Table-17 as per IS 6392-1971 including carriage in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
