SCHEDULE `A' PART - I (Building Works and Package type AC based design & built) is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.00 under column 5 signifies this fact only.

Construction of Storage Accn including Plant Room complete with permanent specification as specified and as shown in drawings.

Design, Supply, installation, commissioning & testing suitable type of Central AC plant for above proposed storage bldg at WSA at AFS Ambala. Requirement of Minimum capacity of Compresssor - 2x10 TR for running & 1x10 TR for standby. Note:- The above TR capacity of AC is considerd as minimum. However during the DPR stage if tunnage will exceed, the contractor shall install the same without any extra cost. The following aspects shall be accounted for preparation of DPR & execution of work :-

(a) The contractor shall get DPR prepared from the specilized agency having adequate exeprience in the field & get it vetted from the IIT/NIT. The DPR duly vetted by IIT/NIT will be submitted by the contractor to Accepting Officer for approval. (b) DPR shall be prepared keeping in view of undermentioned guidelines. The contractor may optimize to deliver the best results applying their mind to meet out the User`s desired goal. (c) Construction of AC plant room covered under item No 1.10 in which, AC plants/equipments are to be accommodated. (d) Ground water analysis and its suitability for air conditioning. Water test report shall be obtained from the GE and accordingly water treatment shall be suggested, if any.

(e) Calculations of Electric load for AC plant & its connected accessories. (f) Provision of insulation on ceiling/wall as per DPR for efficient & economic operation of AC system. However ceiling as shown on drgs is included in unit rate of item No 1.10 (g) Detailed heat load calculations to achieve inside design conditions for storage bldg. The user data sheets duly signed may be considerd for calculation of AC plant as per Appendix 'A' of the tender documents. The outside conditions shall be as per meterologincal records/ASHRAE. Heat load calculations sheets for summer monsoons and winter seasons shall be submitted alongwith the psychometric chart and detail calculation. Tentetive details (Inside/outside conditions) for guidance only are given in particular specifications.

(l) Complete DPR includes design & drgs in triplicate alongiwth CD. (m) Provison of earthing with GI earth plate 600x600x6mm and 32x6mm GI strip all as specified. (n) Testing of Plants as specified. (o) Cost of all above factors shall be deemed included in unit rate/lumpsum. Nothing extra shall be paid for any misunderstanding or miscalculations whatsoever. (p) Lump sum quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include all relevent items of works/details though not specifically shown here but are essential for execution in workman like manner & sound engineering practice to achieve desired goal.

NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part II to XI under Ser No 2.01 to 2.10 are Prepriced by MES.

Supply and fixing LED batten fitting 20 Watts surface mounted with extruded aluminium housing and diffuser complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x40 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing of fire detection system including sensors (smoke detection sensors-20 Nos), wiring and connected accessories and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling carefully old aluminium strips from roof/ wall of existing premises without damaging roof and wall including air termination rod and saddles complete all as specifird and as directed.

S&F LED street light fitting 25 Watts 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp, bracket with impact and corosion resistant including thermal manegement in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection including light bracket made up of light grade GI pipe 25mm dia complete all as specifird and as directed.

M&L on site LLDPE Septic tank with conventional designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 below foundation, with suitable went shaft, manhole opening cover & connection etc complete for 20 users complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Soakage well including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, walls of honey combed brick masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in cement mpotar 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2M (internal) dia x 3.0M effective depth complete for 20 user's, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC/concrete/ brick/ stone, asbestos cement sheets or plasterd surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion in camouflaging pattern of any shape and to any pattern etc complete all as specified and directed. (Pertain to improvement of existing bldg of WSAs)

Supplying and fixing false ceiling at all heights with intergral DENIFIED light weight calcium silicate (non-cementitious) reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approvaed texture, design and pattern as per CPWD specifications 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlcoking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120grms per sqmt including both sides) comprising of main-T runner of size 24x38mm of length 3000 mm, cross -T of size 24x32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 600x600mm, suspended form ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50mm long dash fastners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 length and L-sharpe level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flane to pierce into 12x50mm or ever bigger size dish fastner if require, fixed with galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm centre tocenter out as per specifications ,drawing and as per specified and directed.

M&L for laying 6 mm thick PU based antistatic flooring all as specified and directed and as per manufacturers instruction cosisting of following steps/ sages. (a) Surface cleaning : Cleaning of surface free from fust, dirt and at foreign material from the floor for floor cleaning all mechanized equipments are to be used like scrubbers, sanders, hot flowers vaccume claners, moisutre test machine etc as per manufacturer's recommendations. (b) Pot holes:- chippinf pot holes and cleaning surface with compressed air or other approved means to remove dust/loose particle etc and applying epoxy screed admixturewith quartz sand in the ratio 1:7 by weight to have a trwelable consistency to be laid over surface primed using primed using a brush with epoxy compund on an averge thickness of 5mm all as manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (c) Underlay: Provision and applying PU based self leveling underlaying with resin an hardener to conductive aggregate ratio not exceeding 1:3 to the desired thickness coating as per manufactuers specification

(d) Copper tape: Providing and fixing conductive copper tape of 100 micron thick in grid to achieve desired result of electro static dissipation. (e) Conductive primer: Providing and applying conductive primer having a volumetric ratio of resign and harderner 1:4. (f) Top coat: Providing and applying PI ESD based conducti ve self levelling top coat containing anti static properties to yield a thickness of 2000 microns of achieve total average thickness of 6mm system and surface reistivity which will not exceed 10-9 OHMS. The cured surface shall be tested with Megohm as per ASTMD 1308, to check the readings as per the design complete all as specified and directed.

Note for BOQ Sl item No 3.10 & 3.11 :- Items pertaining to improvement of existing WSA bldgs.

M & L for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of steel and applying two coat of fire resisting silicate paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- The contract sum shall be arrived after deducting the amount of Schedule of credit from total quoted amount of BOQ and accordingly lowest bidder shall be ascertained.
