Supply Laying ,testing and commissioning of the following Aluminium conductor PVC insulated and sheathed steel armoured L.T.Cables (XLPE)Cables through excavated trenches, built up cable trenches, cable trays, hume pipes,including 1.5 feet excavation,refilling,supply and fixing of clamps, nuts and bolts, screws, identification tags, route markers etc. required for clamping intervals as necessry.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of following MCB DBs with metal enclosure and solid steel doors with necessary insulated copper busbars, interconnections, earthing and neutral terminal blocks. The DBs shall be installed flush mounted with seperate terminal boxes for incoming and outgoing cables or conduits. The DBs shall have separate incomer isolator and ELCB/RCCB. All items of DBs shall be of same make of the DB specified.

3P 6 way VTPN DB with 63A, 4pole 100mA RCCB+MCB as incomer with 12nos. 6/10/16/20/32A, 10kA MCBs and 2nos 40A 3P MCBs having B/C curve operational characteristics as outgoing.

3P 4 way horizontal TPN DB with 40A, 4pole 30mA RCCB+MCB as incomer with 12nos. 6/10/16A 10kA MCBs having B/C curve operational characteristics as outgoing.

Supply and providing pipe earthing using 40mm dia 2.5 mtr long GI earth pipe with all required accessories and adding earth conductivity enhancing mineral compound (25kg) construction of earth pit inspection chamber with cover.

Supply Laying & clamping at site Copper earthing conductors inclusive of providing earthing terminations and bracing of the terminations etc. 10 SWG Copper

Supply and carrying out wiring for lights,fans and plug points including testing and commissioning in concealed/surface conduit system from control board to the respective points. Wiring is to be done by using single core PVC insulated stranded 1.1kV grade copper wire of size 1.5 sq.mm along with same size wire as earth continuity conductor through rigid 20 / 25mm PVC ISI grade conduit(colour: ivory, medium grade to be used inside reinforcement,floor etc) with necessary bends, junction boxes,ceiling roses,batten holder and 6A modular type switches on switch boards concealed . The rate shall include laying of conduits inside ceiling reinforcement,wall and chasing of walls,chipping concrete floors, beams etc. and making good with cement mortar after laying the conduits. (Length upto 10 mtr & looping 3 mtr).
