Descaling of central AC plant of capacity 2 x 25 TR and 1 x 25 standby by using pressure pump and descaling agents like alkaline coil cleaning and disinfectant solution for every 6 months including disconnecting condensor end cap and refixing the same after descaling and cleaning of strainers of condensor water pipe line including painting of condensor and condensor water pipe line etc complete all as specified and as directed Engr In Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement condensor / chiller water pressure switch as per existing make and size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and filling refrigerant gas R - 407C in central AC plant of capacity 25 TR capacity including vaccume by using vaccume pump and ckeking of leakages by using halide torch and brazing the leakage portion etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement micro computer control system including disconnecting electrically / electronically complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement refrigerant gas pressure switch (High/Low) universal type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement thermostatic expantion valve suitable for 25 TR central AC Plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement butterfly valve of size 50mm PN - 1.6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement brass ball valve of size 25mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance to cooling tower for cleaning of alkalies by using chemicals complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge. Note :- Each job cosidered for every month during the currency of contract.

Supply and fixing in replacement of drain out nipple for cooling tower as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance to AHU any size including taking out filters and cleaning with pressure air complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge. Note :- Each job cosidered for every month during the currency of contract.

Supply and fix in replacement pressure guage 4 inch dial 0 - 14 KGs rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement tempreature guage 4 inch dial 0 - 100 degree centigrade rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling of existing defective induction motor of the capacity 1.5 HP any make from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connection, coupling pulley, and taking out to work shop cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with super enamelled solid copper conductor ( winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor including replacement of ball bearings and repairing /servicing the multistage centrifugal pump set model No D920/20 by dismantling the pump from induction motor, opening for inspection, replacing the worn out parts like pump shaft, impellers, gland bush, bearings gland bolts and nuts,gland packing, gasket, water seal etc including repaires to pump shaft by remetaling, grinding, polishing and reassembling the same and replasing the rusted nuts, bolts washers etc and testingcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement AHU belt B - 111 complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement strip heater 1.5 KW capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement power contactor 40 amps capacity with 1 NC complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down and supply and fix new compressor including pumping out oil, cleaning the refrigeration system with Co2 and charging refrigerant gas (M-22/F-22) providing NRV for further topping up of gas and re-fixing in the position including complete testing and commissioning suitable for 1.5 - 2.0 TR capacity split type Air conditoner. Make : KIRLOSKAR/ CARRIER /VOLTAS
