Supplying, Laying and fixing in position 2.00 mm thick acid resistant PVC sheet flooring with anti-slippery layer, a layer of glass fibre for dimensional stability, cushion layer for foot and anti jerk movement and round skirting of approved shade and make to be laid on mosaic flooring using rubber based adhesives of approved qulity and manufacturer including cost of materials, labour, wastage, taxes extc,. all complete as directed by officer in charge. Removal of existing PVC flooring, cleaning of surface with cleaning agents and removal and fixing of furniture etc. complete in all respects. Note-1: General Notes 1.On their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates. 2. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 3. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 4. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, wastages etc.. 5. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
