Supplying and errection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stayrod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc complete as required and directed by the department.

HT stay set erection with boulder packing complete and as directed by the department.

Supplying and erection PSC pole 8.5 metre long, the pole is to be erection in 1:2:3 plain cement concrete foundation of size 1.50 m x 0.45 m x 0.45m having P.C.C base foundation 15 cm x 60 cm x 60cm including edge brick soiling and plastering above G.L. portion (0.30 metre complete with excavation of earth, handling of Surplus Soil, debris etc. to the proper place and refilling etc. as specified and as directed by the department.

Supplying and string upof 3 phase, 3 wire AAAC Rabbit conductor in the existing P.S.C./ M.S/ Galvanized pole with binding etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV Disc insulator (Poly) 45 KN with hard ware fittings etc. as required and as directed by the department.

SITC of 11 KV pin insulators (porcelain) complete with accessories as required and directed by the department

Supply of GOAB switch sets suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with 400 A capacity complete with reqiured accessories comple as directed by the department.

Erection testing and commisioning of GOAB switch 400 A complete with required acessories and directed by department.

Supply of GI barbed wire complete as required.

Erection and fixing of GI barbed wire as direcetd by the department.

Earth filling with river sand earthwork in filling levelling compaction grading as per site condition as directed by the department.

Supply of GI channel (100X50) mm ,2690mm top chanel of required size top clamps and nuts bolts suitable for fixing on DP & FP structure with clamps nuts and bolts complete as directed by the department.

Erection of GI channel (100X50) mm top channel with required clamps and accessories required and directed by the deparment.

Supply of GI channel (75X50) mm ,2700mm AB switch mounting channel with suitable clamps and nuts bolts complete with clamps and bolts as directed by the department.

Erection of GI channel (75X50) mm AB switch mounting channel with required clamps and nut bolts as directed by the department.

Supplying of galvanised Angle of 50 mm x 50 mm , 1771 mm long belting angle complete with clamps ,blots, nuts etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Fitting fixing of galvanised Angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 ,belting angle mm long complete with clamps ,blots, nuts etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supply and laying switchyard gravelling of .15 mtr (thickness) by 40mm size crushed stone complete and as directed by the department.

Supply, installation & testing of G.I. Plate earth station with 600 mmx600 mmx6 mm heavy duty G.I. earth plate with necessary 40 mm dia. G.I. watering pipe with G.I. Fittings such as Socket, Tee, elbow, nipple and 50 mmx40 mm G.I. reducing socket for funnel including locking arrangement with 300 mmx300 mmx6 mm hinged cover C.I. cover plate complete with digging of earth pit, construction of brick chamber and plastering of both inner & outer surface of wall as specified and directed by the deptt .

Supplying & laying of 25x6 mm size G.I. strips drawn on surface from earth electrode to Electrical switch gears, machineries etc complete with supply of G.I. nuts & bolts, screws etc including riveting, soldering & making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.

Supplying of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection testing and commisioning of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply and erection of DTR enclosed fencing with four side of 15 ftX5 ft made with GI wire of 4 mm, PVC coated ,mesh size 50X50 mm including strenthening with 2 mm dia wires including required no of MS angle suppport.The tie beam support of the wire mesh fence constructed with 1:2:4 rcc works as required and directed by the department complete.

Erection of meterial for DTR fencing as per specification complete with material and labour complete as directed by the department.

DTR mounting CC base of size 9 ftX9ftX6ft with brick bat base and 1:2:4 cc works including lifting and shifting of the exiting DTR and reistallation the same DTR after necessary testing and commisioning works complete as directed by the department.

Supply and erection of HT danger plate complete as directed

Supply and laying of following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV G Solid Aluminium conductor up to 10 sq mm balance stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed, Armour (Aluminium for single core up to 70 sq mm balance Aluminium strip, Galvanised for cables up to 2x10 sq mm.3x10 sq mm,4x6 sq mm balance all galvanised steel strip) , extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, 650/1100V grade as per IS 7908(Part 1) 1988 armoured U.G. cable U.G. cable laid in ground/partially in air (as required for termination over ground including excavation of cable trench up to depth of 75cm, refilling, protective brick covering, Sand cushioning etc complete handling of surplus spoil, debris et to proper place as specified and directed by the deptt. Hire charge for 20 tonn Hydra for DTR shifting from exiting location to proposed location complete as directed by department.

Hiring of Man Power as repuired for DTR shifting from exiting location to proposed location complete as directed by department

Disconnection & Reconnection of existing Electrical components and services complete as directed by the department.

Hire of mini truck for DTR set transport repuired for DTR shifting from exiting location to proposed location complete as directed by department

Lugs of required size and crimping complete as directed

Supplying with fitting and fixing Four Pole 415V Front handle operated On Load Change over switch (IP-20 protection powder painted sheet steel enclosure fitted on angle iron frame of the following capacity complete with making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.(C&S, Havells,L&T, Indo Asian, HPL, GECO make)

Supplying including installation, commissioning of vermin and dust proof totally enclosed cubical indoor type floor/wall mounting compartmentalize panel board of size 1.1M X1.0MX 0.40M made of 16 SWG/1.66 mm thick C.R. sheet and 35mm X 35mm X 5mm size angle having 4 no legs at the bottom complete painting with 2 coats of Red Oxide metal primer and 2 coats of Enamel paint.
