Strip opening and descalling/gaswelding of water collector of Solar panel 1500 Ltrs/day capacity over rooftop of 3 rd floor or fixed in ground, fins/tubes from inside, (vertical type) cleaning with concentrate acid in fix ratio and repair /copper welding (soldering) of panel including replacement of rubber washer 2 Nos of thickness 3 mm, and arresting of detecting possible leakage reassembling and reinstallation at over OTM buildings with OEM approved manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Toughened/Texture glass of 3.2 mm thick having transmission more than 85 % including coonected rubber/nut bolt/nickle cladding etc in the existing solar panel

S&F heating element for solar water heating system of cap 3 KW all as specified

S&F thermostat control for electrical back up for solar water heater as per existing.

M&L for insulation for GI pipe with glass wool 30mm thick with and including applying bituminous compound and aluminium cladding of sizes 20 mm dia

Day to day maintenance and inspection of chlorine dosing plant at various water supply installation inside the complex ,alongwith replacement of deffective parts of dosing plant i.e injector assembly, connecting pipes and valve of each plant including strip opening of chloronome plant and replacement of all defective parts, washers by employing one skilled mechanic to achieve satisfactory residual chlorine result at user end from 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs during every working day. Note :-(I) Non attending complaint of chloronome plant is subject to a recovery of Rs 2500.00 per plant per day will be recovered while claiming the payment. (ii) Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after.

Supply only Orthotoline Solution in 500 mililitter Bottle of approved make. Note:- Consumable in water supply installation having batch No.with manufacturing date should not exceed more than 90 days.

Supply and fix in replacement,high pressure transparent type Suction/Discharge PVC pipe 3/8 '' dia outer of chloronome plant, as per OEM complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down defective electric motor of dosing motor 1 HP cap and supply and fix in replacement of dosing motor 1 HP cap squirrel cage type single phase 230 volt 50 Hz cap re-installation at site complete and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Taking down defective electric dosing pump of any cap and supply and fix in replacement of new dosing pump set as per existing make and model complete and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L for taking down defective electric motor of dosing motor 1 HP cap disconnecting delivery pipe line repair/overhauling 1 HP, AC 230 volts opening into parts cutting of burnt winding, cleaning, slots, balancing of rotor, cleaning polishing and rewinding with same gauge of PVC insulated copper wire, replacement of impeller pressure switch and cleaning including testing complete all as specified and directed .

S & F Isolate/de-energize the supply to the LT Panel Board/feeder pillar box of different rating capacities, 415 Volts/230 Volts, opening the doors/covers of the cubicle enclosure for carrying out the servicing/maintenance/repairs of the Panel Board, switch gear, metering etc and re-fixing the same in place after repairs including testing and commissioning of the panel board comprising of the following items :- (i) Cleaning the inside switch gear chambers for removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces including cleaning with blower and apply insulating varnish. (ii) Check the condition of the insulators including cleaning for and replacement of insulators if required. (iii) Tightening up of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing worn out control wiring connections incl cable lugs of LT panel board of 4 wire system and supply and connect with new cable PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm incl new copper lugs and nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing worn out cable lugs, nuts, bolts, washers etc from LT panel board of 4 wire system (incomming and outgoing) and supply and connecting with new aluminium lugs and nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old existing worn out rubber gasket from shutters of LT panel board single door /double doors or openable on both sides and supply and fix new rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for replacement of old rusted bolts with new net and bolt hexagonal including one flat and one spring washer of any size complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for dewatering the accumulated water due to rain, sepage/leackage in the under pass near panditwari and MT side with the help of required capacity as suggested by Engineer in Charge of Mobile/Trolley mounted pump set by deploying adequate man power all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where direct at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.
